City Park Hotel Bangkok Pratunam

I don't think the location is far, not close, but it's okay, the hotel is good, the service is very friendly, the rooms are not too big in my opinion for 2 28" suitcases and 2 10" suitcases. But recommend it

The location is very close to sevel and tofu as well as several locations in the Pratunam area

I didn’t have a pleasant stay there. The room is too small and the manager man is very rude, unprofessional with bad attitude. He asked even when I come back from shopping, which room do I stay etc. And he told us that if my friend want to wait in lobby or visit my room for a moment still I have to report him. This doesn’t feel like staying in hotel. I would not stay here again. Don’t recommend at all.

Hotel is fairly new and the rooms are clean but small. Location was great as you can walk to Pratunam market, shopping mall, restaurants and attractions. It's a bit inconvenient entrance as you will have to carry your luggages down the stairs to entrance. Overall, it is not a bad hotel.

I would like to file a complaint about this rude hotel. Long story short, my wife and I are staying in this hotel for a week, and I have my brother visiting us in a day time just for 10 mins. First time, the rudeass receptionist had asked us whether we are staying 3 people in 2 people room. So, we made sure that my brother is just visiting us for a few minutes and is not staying overnight. Following day, again same scenario whereby he called us from the lobby that if 3 people will be staying in or not. This guy is really really unprofessional towards the guests. His explanation is that we have to ask his permission for a visit for 10-15 mins. I understand that if we are in the room and any guests want to visit our room, they need to ask a permission from reception to visit which room they are going. But, my brother is coming together with me and he still wants a permission. He should have communicated with us clearly from the start in which he failed to do. We would like to highly suggest the hotel to reassess his behavior for the sake of this hotel for the foreseeable future. Out of goodwill from us, 1. He needs to work on his communication. 2. His facial expressions is very condescending and can come across as unpleasant for many for the guests to come. We feel very insulted due to his rude behavior towards us. We will not be staying for the remaining days here and will be moving out to hotels nearby.

The only plus to this hotel is it’s location,
Although it’s “new” this is due to it changing names. The room has a fridge and a kettle.

The first of many issues was the smell in our room was horrendous. We complained as soon as we walked in it smelt like stale water and damp. We where assured someone would come to look at it this never happened even after repeatedly asking.

The shower was broken with no pressure (probably the cause for the damp stale water smell)

The doors through out have no soft shut this will cause door slamming at all hours.
And the walls are so paper thin you will hear your neighbours whispering to each other and whatever else they are doing in their room.

Wifi was good and bad good when it worked but this was intermittent and it’s provided by a third party so when you ask inside the hotel they refer you to them for troubleshooting which just does not work.

Would not stay again and would not recommend to anyone.

Great location, staff are extremely friendly and the room was cleaned daily. I didn’t get his name but the guy at reception was super helpful and printed off our visas for us.

Love the hotel, lovely staff and great location. The street is full of massage salons, street food, taxis and tuktuk. There is a 7/11, cafés, restaurants and bar.
The staff is super helpful and nice, speaks English and helped us book a van.
We stayed a week, the rooms are perfect size and are within a 10min walking
I would definitely recommand

The location is very strategic, near Siam-Central World-MBK-Platinum.
The hotel is also new, so still clean and the interior is quite modern too.

The room is not so quite as we can hear some whispers next door so it isn't a deal breaker for me.

A cosy and comfortable hotel situated in the heart of the city. It's located just at 5 minutes walking distance from Platinum fashion Mall. The rooms are clean, the staff is amiable and helpful and it's quite affordable too! I had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel!

Awesome location, just 4 mins to main road, 3 mins to pratunam market. Situated within whole stretch of massuer parlour that open 9/10am and closes 1am. 2 mins walk from 7-11. Staff are super friendly, always welcoming back to hotel after being out the whole day or once u stepped out of hotel lift. I wish there is a chair in the room so we can dine inside the room. As the hotel is new, pillows are very fluffy and high, i prefer flatter pillow to my comfort.

If theres 12 stars, i would give ir. I really loveeee it! Cant complain anything. The staff also friendly. Its new hotel, start from end of november (cmiiw).

New hotel and clean! Downtown location, it's easy to walk around 10mn to Central World, Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market for shopping
Staff is friendliest and fully assist when need help. Room can see view outside so comfortable.

New hotel, cozy stay and clean. Convenient short cut ways going to Pratunam market and shopping malls, recommended.
