Citadines Sukhumvit 16 Bangkok

It was clean in terms of cleanliness, but there was a lot of food residue on the crockery and I had to wash it all over… could have taken a little more care.

Great stay at Citadiness 16. Stayed in Deluxe Studio for 4 days. The room is around 250 sq ft in size. Decent for the money I paid.
The hotel is very conveniently located. Walking distance from SkyTrain and MRT. Breakfast buffet is a big NO. Don't pay extra for breakfast when booking, instead use a nearby all day breakfast and dining (50 mtrs away) for half the money. The food they serve is fabulous.
Hotel had a small rooftop pool and a gym (The treadmill was out of order)
Front desk staff are very helpful specifically Ton, Tee, Nina and Pum. Housekeeping is excellent
Not recommended for family of 3+ as rooms aren't that big.

Overall I give my stay a 3.5/5.

Kleines Hotel 5 Minuten vom Terminal 21 und BTS. Zimmer war ein Executive Appartement (Upgrade). Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und es war picobello sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mich aufs Zimmer begleitet und mir alle Funktionen erklärt.

Perfectly located in a quiet side street in 5min.walking distance from Sukhumvit Line and Blue Line. Streetfood everywhere, super markets, restaurants, bars, massage salons. Big Apartments with kitchen, sofa, big bed. Air conditioner, little gym (which during my time often was completely empty and had comfortable opening hours from 6am to 10pm). Breakfast is international style with muesli, eggs, fruits, some Asian food also (I did not taste). Woman at the breakfast room is always happy to make you a fresh omelet!

In general very, very nice staff with an excellent service! Room was perfectly cleaned every day, reception is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely book again for my next Bangkok trip. Prices are much lower than for the (near by) international hotel names. Overall excellent value for money!

Great value accommodation, convenient transportation, and many massage parlors to choose from nearby.

The lot next door is undergoing construction, so there will be unending noice for the foreseeable future. On top of that, I had specifically asked for a quiet room (during reservation and check-in) since I would be staying in during the day to recover from an illness. Not only did they put me on the side of the hotel with construction, but they put me directly under a room that was undergoing renovation, so constant noise from drills, saws, and hammers.

Perfect place! I like this Aparthotel very much. I stay in a 1 bedroom apartment and the room is more than okay. A little bit dated but functional and very clean. Aircon works well and I am happy that I can cool down the bedroom also with the aircon from living room during night. So I don't have to turn it on in bedroom. Staff is very friendly, especially Nina from reception and the older doorman.

Decent hotel that near Sukhumvit area with lots of food and drinking places nearby. Terminal 21 and Asok station are just under 10min of walking distant. Upon check in, i was welcome by friendly front deck lady. Explained everything in details and I was told that due to the last min of my booking all non smoking room are taken. Offer me a night in smoking level and assure me the room is not as bad as corridor. If unbearable, they will make arrange tomorrow on my request. My advice if you are really a non smoker change the room asap when available. I can feel the smoke while sleeping. Beside of this, you will have a hard time trying to turn on the TV with 2 remote control. Sometimes it show no cable or signal, till I gave up on my 2nd night. Overall, with everything they have inside the room. Can really make you feel at home. All the kitchen appliances like microwave, plate, pan, utensils and even wine opener. Your food will never get cold. Is still worth a stay, with the location, price and friendly staff will make your stay comfort.

-And spraying insecticide while guests are there.really? "Ok for people, only bad for animal! " OK. ;)

Near a animate center, room are clean staff nice however no air condition in the corridors.too hot! The entrance of the hotel is in a dark parking.the decoration is old

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They do their best to make sure guests are comfortable.

Rooms/ Studio apartment is very beautiful with nice simple layout and comfortable bed.

Its location is fantastic where you can walk almost to anywhere with too many amenities near by such as Terminal 21 shopping centre, restaurants etc.

I will definitely stay at Citadines Sukhumvit 16 again and I do recommend the hotel.

A calm place with friendly staff.facilities include a nice swimming pool and gym. Provides a complementary decent breakfast.

Nice hotel in bangkok, the room is quite spacious and clean. Breakfast menu also good. The hotel staff service is very friendly. I give 4 stars because if you book room with twin bed for two person, breakfast only for 1 person.

It's perfect stay here, close to the city center and nice tourist spots in Bangkok, close to a variety of public transportation, you can take the sky train or MRT which is quite easy to reach.and for the hotel & aprt itself it is very nice and comfortable to stay here

Nice hotel for the price compared to the other hotels in this area. Also staff is very friendly. Note there is no.access to any of the balconies even if the room has one.

Good place. Big room with kitchen. Laundry located at 8th floor. Easy to get food with walking distance from here.

Very bad ，we stay here for3 days, noisy of construction outside everyday！if you live here you must get up very early in the morning at 8am. Big noisy of machine. Im crazy about that.if you wanna sleep well ，its not a good choice.

This is the best hotel I had in Bangkok! Large room with everything needed, and the price is absolutely affordable. Will definitely stay for another trip in Bangkok!

Good price, location. Safe, clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. Rooms are modern, clean. Not spacious or luxury though. Nice shower and good water pressure. Bed is hard - not a pillow top mattress, but all furnishings are very adequate and functional. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby and Sukumvit only about two blocks away. Plenty of shopping, restaurants (including street food carts) and Starbucks very close by. This is my second time staying at this property.
