We are enjoying the foods, beers and wine.
Especially Pizza, it's good as we expected and everyone loves it.

Their location on the beach might br great but Just OK Pizza and much poorer service. We had trouble being seated even though they did not seem super busy or had any customers waiting. Ordered pizza to take out since we were tired only to ourselves spot an outside table that was not cleared. This is while waiting just after ordering! Ordered 4 pizzas and all of them left much to be desired.

Tasting the thin crust pizza doesn't bring me back to the Itallianesque, a traditional margherita brings forth, but it is perfect—the four cheese pizza is perfect. The tomato base utilize reached the level where it wasn't over powering the strong formaggi. What I love about the restuarant is the deals you get if you have their line.

Not even close to Italian restaurant. Served 1 garlic bread per person killing the first impression as an Italian restaurant. Next the AOP pasta with Italian sausage, I got a pasta with 4 pieces of crispy fried meatballs, completely different from Italian sausage and the only thing right is a hint of extra virgin olive oil.
Even its Pizza was so bad. The dough was one of the worst pizza dough I ever had.

Huge menu and everything we ordered came out tasty, it's no wonder this is a regular spot for my family.

It's the best authentic Italian Restaurant in Bangkok. Chef Gerardo's carbonara is a must try

The worst pizza experience I ever had in my life. The dough wasn't cooked enough, the taste was bland and the price was far beyond its quality. Definitely not coming back!

Very good vibe. Not too crowded. The foods were delicious. Many kind of pizza and a lot of wine but draft beer was available only Singha. The service was good. The price was expensive. Credit card was acceptable. Parking lot was available on the next parking building.

Warm and inviting atmosphere with kitchen on show and brick-bare walls. Huge variety of pizza and other Italian dishes. Great service.

They don’t know what is the pizza, pasta and how to make them.

Italian pizza but the cooks are Thai and have nothing knowing about but Italian food.

Overprice foods and not real Italian taste just fake!

Not my first time in Ciao Pizza, but the first time I ordered a pizza.

I came in during lunch time - the restaurant was completely empty, I was the only guest. I've ordered the Lunch set with the pizza margarita.

However, the pizza was very "wet" - so after eating the first bites I asked the staff to put the pizza back in oven for a bit longer, staff told me they can't put it back in the oven because it's cut already - they will bring me another one. Then I waited for another 10min or more only to see that the second pizza was even more "wet" that the previous one, I didn't even want to take a bite. So I told them, that this is even worse than before.

The answer from the Chef was: The margarita is like this, because of the cheese.

I have had many pizzas, and this is clearly not how it should be. I asked for the bill, paid fully (!) and left - I didn't have the time to argue or anything else as I wasted a lot of time waiting already.

They didn't even bother to apologize or anything. Not coming back again.

Good Italian restaurant.very tasty pizza.you can watch the cooks at work through a large window.very clean place and helpful staff

GF pizza available if you order in advance (a day I think). You have to pay a bit more for gf and vegan, but it comes in the same size as the other pizzas and it's pretty good. When I'm really in the mood for pizza and nothing else, that's my first choice now. Staff is lovely and professional.
