Children’s Discovery Museum

What a failure. It's closed today. And of course there is nothing on the website and nothing on Google.
Considering that you have to travel so long in Bangkok to even get here, I find it a disgrace that you can't get any information beforehand that it's closed today. I don't even need to start talking about the children's huge disappointment.

29th December 2023 - 1st January 2024.

Nornal operation will be resumed on 2nd January 2024.

There is a lot to experience, the playground is large, and the water park operates hourly.
The kids have been playing all day without losing track of time. They really like it. The quality of the experience, such as the Thai dessert making experience, is better than other paid experiences at other tourist attractions. It's all free.

The usage fee is free. If you present your passport or ID card, you will receive a bracelet. The indoor space is well-equipped, so you can escape the heat and watch a short 4D screening.

No money, super fun, very suitable for bringing children
It’s just that parking is not very convenient. If you don’t have a seat to park, it’s faster to go directly to the opposite department store to pay for parking.

We took our kids 7,5,2 to the discovery museum today. The kids were very excited to be in a space for them. It is still free entry to get in but a PASSPORT is required for entry so be sure not to forget that. The spray park looked awesome but we decided to head inside and check out the various areas. The large outdoor playground looked awesome but was sadly closed.
The library is a great space with a lot of English speaking books for all levels.
A lot of the science exhibits were out of order which was a bit disappointing.all of the other indoor activities we looked at were fun.funny mirrors, giant Lego blocks, a dress up area with stage for performances, and so much more.
Elevator was not working and we could not find food for lunch at the site so we only spent about 2 hours at the site.would have been nice to stay longer.
Just remember it is all FREE and for kids, they dont care if something is not working because there is something more exciting around every corner

เปนสถานที่ๆเหมาะจะพาเด็กๆไป​ เพราะได้เล่นและเรียนรู้แถมอยู่ในห้องแอร์เย็นสบายทำให้ผู้ปกครองไม่ต้องไปตากแดดร้อนๆให้เหนื่อยไป

เป็นสถานที่ที่เด็กๆจะต้องชื่นชอบมากแน่ๆ เริ่มจากการเข้าใช้บริการ ที่นี้เค้าไม่เก็บค่าผ่านประตูหรือค่าเข้าชมนะ เข้าฟรี แค่มีบัตรประชาชนครอบครัวนึง มีบัตรใบเดียวก็ได้ เข้าไปข้างในจะมีโซนต่างๆอีกมากมายให้น้องๆหนูๆได้เข้าไปร่วมกันทำกิจกรรม เป็นมุมความรู้ต่างๆ มีพี่ๆวิทยากรคอยให้ความรู้แต่ละจุดนั้นๆ กิจกรรมมีทั้ง มุมประดิษฐ์ ของต่างๆจะเปลี่ยนไปแต่ล่ะเดือน (ไม่แน่ใจ) แต่ไม่ซ้ำแน่นอน มุมวาดรูป ก็มีคุณครูมากฝีมือมาสอนวาดภาพสวยๆ มีอีกมุมที่น่าสนใจนั้นก็คือ ห้องครัวจะมีเมนูมาให้น้องๆได้ลองทำกันเป็นเมนูไม่ยากมาก น้องๆสามารถทำได้ มีมุมไดโนเสาร์ น้องๆจะได้เพลินกับการขุดฟอซซิวกัน มีโครงกระดูกไดโนเสารตัวใหญ่นอนอยู่ หรือจะเป็นห้องสมุด ก็มีหนังสือมากมายพอที่จะให้น้องๆได้อ่านกันอย่างจุใจ มุมเด็กเล็กก็มี เมืองจำลอง เยอะแยะไปหมด ที่จอดรถมีมากพอสมควร ใครนำรถมาจอดต้องประทับตราก่อนกลับนะ ส่วนร้านอาหารในนั้นไม่มี สามารถหาซื้อนำเข้าไปทานข้างในได้ ห้องน้ำสะอาดมีพอเพียงสำหรับทุกคน

มีกิจกรรมให้เด็กทำหลากหลาย มีที่ให้เด็กเล่นน้ำ ผู้ดูแล วันธรรมดาเป็นผู้สูงอายุ สุภาพ แนะนำให้ความรู้ดี อยากให้มีสถานที่ให้เด็กเล่นแบบนี้ทุกจังหวัด

เจ้าหน้าที่ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ดูเป็นมิตร ดีมากๆ ทั้งๆที่คนก็เยอะแยะ วุ่นวาย แต่ข้อเสียคือ ต่างชาติก็มาใช้บริการร่วมกับพวกคนไทย ส่วนตัวคิดว่าน่าจะคิดค่าธรรมเนียมซะหน่อย ไม่ต้องแพงมากหรอก แค่พอเอารายได้มาบำรุงสถานที่ บำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้มันดูใหม่หน่อย ไม่ใช่รอแต่งบ กทม. อย่างเดียว เพราะที่เราสังเกตุดู (เรามาค่อนข้างบ่อย เพราะลูกชอบ) วันๆนึง มีต่างชาติมาหลายครอบครัวเลย ทั้งยุโรปและเอเซีย แต่ด้วยระเบียบของบ้านเราเค้าก็เลยได้ใช้บริการฟรีไปด้วย เราว่าน่าเสียดายนะ เพราะพวกนักท่องเที่ยวเค้าเต็มใจจ่ายอยู่แล้ว เราว่าฟรี เฉพาะคนไทย จะดีมากๆเลย

เป็นสถานที่ดีที่สุด สำหรับเด็ก ๆ มีกิจกรรมเสริมพัฒนาการมากมาย เจ้าหน้าที่ให้บริการดีเยี่ยม ที่สำคัญฟรี ไม่มี คชจ เด็กที่บ้านไปทุกอาทิตย์มากกว่า 20 ครั้ง ไม่มีเบื่อ ยังคงขอไปที่นี่อีกเรื่อย ๆ

Good place for children with many free activities to keep them entertained and stimulated. It was not language friendly though they did try communicating in English. Definitely will be helpful to have a directory of activities and timing to explore the whole place.

เจ้าหน้าที่พูดจาไม่ดี ใช้คำพูดไม่เหมาะสมกับวัยของเด็ก เด็กอนุบาลก็ใช้ศัพท์วิชาการเกินไปมาถาม พอตอบไม่ได้ก็ว่า โดยเฉพาะโซนไดโนเสาร์ ฐานอื่นก็แอบตีเด็ก ไม่รู้ว่าทางองค์กรอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่มาแบบไหน
