Very happy with the results I had my Brazilian blowout done with Lhin and she was amazing!
She also corrected a bad haircut, I’m a happy girl

Been here more than 5 times since last May. Chi Salon and Khun Chi himself never disappoint me once. Good atmosphere great equipment. 10/10 My hair is done just right what I want it to be done:)

I was here today. Made an appointment but he was moving around with multiple clients. And not happy with the hair cut. I guess if you are not a local doesn’t work. I told him A couple of things I want done but none of it was done. Didn’t even fix the parting his assistant made just went on to cut. It’s not my job to fix things to frame my face for him to work on! POOR
Why take appointments if you have other clients!

I went there twice. Satisfied with the first haircut from the male stylist but not the second from the female (i think they only have 2 stylists). Book in advance! Dont try your luck.

I have been coming to Chi for the past 4 years and Chi has never fails to amaze me. He is always ahead in the industry with his knowledge of hair and products. Whatever style or trend of hair I want he always delivers. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to revitalize your hair and have amazing hair style. Each of the member tab Chi Salon treats all their customers with utmost respect and service mind. Love love love!

It’s easier to aot and get what suited you. This is the best description for Chi Salon. Chi salon can tell what is you best fit hairstyle. I always get a good care from the owner himself and the other staff which provide same service as the owner himself.
Khun Chi always know his customer and know the condition of each customer (I think this place is the only salon and kept our hair condition as database for each customer and updated from time to time).

Always love this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE
Chi is extremely ARROGANT and VAIN and won't do what YOU want in your hair but what HE wants.

Because I am a western and English is not my or his first language, I was always making questions just to make sure I was being clear and conveying my message accordingly. But because he is VAIN, he took it personally thinking I didn't trust his job. I tried to explain this to him, but he wouldn't listen.

I even showed a picture of how I wanted my hair cut.

When I told him at the end that I didn't like the length of my bangs, he was very angry and started cutting my hair with hatred in his eyes, saying that he prefered my hair that way. (HELLOOO.it's me who have to like it).

He was so aggressive telling me that he knows his job and I was trying to teach him, but I was just trying to tell him how I wanted MY hair to be.

In the end, of course my hair wasn't the way I wanted it, even after showing the photo for a second time. So, he DOESN'T know how to do other hairstyles than the ones he knows, which are quite old fashioned, as the style he cut my hair I had been using for over 10 years before I changed it to the new style I asked him to copy.

And I know that because he is so vain, he will leave a disrepectful reply to my review, as this is the only thing we can expect from an arrogant person.

By the way, it was the most expensive haircut ever in my life and not worth a penny. OK, he studied somewhere famous in New York, Miss Thailand is his customer, but this is nothing once he disrespects his customers and doesn't listen to what WE want and want to play dolls with our hair.

Bad experience. The staff who did my hair could not speak English and the staff who could speak English only took my money without translating what I wanted clearly. It's super expensive for what it is as well. For this price, I can go to a Japanese salon and be treated like a queen. Don't bother wasting your time and money.

Bad service with blabbermount salon owner. They will overcharge you for hair treatment without ask any permission. BE AWARE!

Best hair salon in Bangkok. Simply fantastic service and the owner Chi is one of the best hair stylists in Asia Pacific. I've been a loyal client now for 4 years and never had so many compliments about by hair style. Chi uses organic products and my hair is so healthy. I have recommended Chi to all my friends who are great full and have been completely satisfied. If you're in Bangkok and need a hair cut this is the salon to go to.

Really bad experience, do not go there. Super expensive and they use all the possible chemicals on your hair. The owner has no idea what he is doing. There are far better places and more professional, really don't go there if you love your hair.
