CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok

Having been enjoying the fabulous Bangkok heat in the middle of December, I decided to treat myself to a massage.
It was difficult to choose but I went with a 90 minute Traditional Siam Massage.
Oh my gosh words can't describe how fantastic the entire experience is.from the moment i set foot through the door I was greeted by the lovely ladies Gig and Maprang who guided me into the tranquil waiting area and gave me some chilled tea.
I got the option to choose which scented Massage oil I would like to be used.
Once that was done I was greeted to an amazing Massage therapist called Oh.
You can choose the pressure and if you want a specific area targeted.
I went with the full body and Oh worked her magic and left me so relaxed in mind and body I felt like I was on cloud 9 floating around when I left.

Gig, Maprang and Oh.thank you once again for making my experience with you fantastic and memorable. I will be back to see you again and again and again.

Wonderful massage from Aom. She really worked out some tight muscles. The privacy of the room and professionalism of Mint made the experience even better. Highly recommend Aom for a massage.

Aom massage was very good and comfortable

I received the Siamese Journey package from Moji and tua pui and it was great Pleasant space and friendly massage. I want to visit again next time!

The place for relaxing your body. Body massage is good but there is other place better on this price

วันนี้มาใช้บริการห้องคู่ ขนาดห้องกว้างขวาง ที่นี้จะให้เราอาบน้ำก่อนใช้บริการซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานบังคับ พนักงานบริการและอัธยาศัยดีมาก เลือกหนักเบา หรือจะเน้นส่วนไหนก็แจ้งเค้าได้เลย สบายจนมีเผลอหลับไปบ้าง

ที่นี้ได้มาตรฐาน SHA อีกด้วย วันที่มาใช้บริการอย่าลืมพกใบฉีดวัคซีนมาแสดงให้ทางโรงแรมดูด้วยนะ

สปารางวัลระดับโลก​ ในราคาสปาทั่วไป​ โปรแรงมาก​ สมควรมาใช้บริการอย่างที่สุด​ สถานที่ดี​มากเป็นส่วนตัว​ ห้องนวดใหญ่มาก​ เตียงนวดไฟฟ้า​ อุ่นสบายตัวมากให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายเหมือนอยู่บ้าน​ พนักงานนวดนวดดี บริการดี​ ผลิตภัณฑ์​ที่ใช้ดี​ โดยเฉพาะชุดคลุมดีสุดๆ​ ถึงขั้นมีขาย​เลย​แสดงว่ามีคนชื่นชอบเยอะ​

ถ้าไม่นับเรื่องการ access ยากในช่วงมาตรการ covid-19 เราถือว่าที่นี่คือ one of the best place ที่หนึ่งสำหรับ spa and massage

เรามาทำสปาที่นี่ 2 ครั้ง และทั้ง 2 ครั้ง เรารู้สึกผ่อนคลายมาก

ถ้าท่านมีเวลา รวมถึงมาตรการ covid-19 ผ่อนคลายลงแล้ว อยากให้มาลองที่นี่ดู

Expensive massage. Go explore outside for a more authentic massage that is fractions of the price.

Gorgeous spa with very professional staff. One of the pricier options in Bangkok but worthwhile.

The spa is huge and the room is spacious and relaxing; services is good however dont expect advanced services such as facial laser treatment; happy with the experience overall

I was there few times. Service and quality went very down! I boked online and I had to pay different price then at confirmationletter. "Oh, sorry about that it is a mistake on the letter" told me the lady on desk. And almost in the same time i got asked to write a review on tripadviser.sorry.is not anymore a 5* spa!

Great experience! I walked in and was able to get an appointment on the spot. I opted for the 45 min chi rescue massage (back) and it was lovely. Ploy was professional and applied the correct amount of pressure. The facilities were spacious, clean and comfortable. Tea was offered prior to the service as well as a health card. Fruit and tea were served post treatment and a comment card was provided. Highly recommend.

Amazing massages, was able to apply pressure to the exact strength I want. Very relaxing experience. It's hard to find enjoyable Thai massages and this one takes the cake.
