I chose this hotel at the beginning, mainly because of the family room type
, everyone can get together after returning to the hotel at the end of the whole day's trip! I am quite satisfied with the room as a whole, and I give high marks to the public space

Service: We booked seven people on Booking.com, but we didn't have an extra bed when we checked in. At the end of the day's trip, we still didn't have an extra bed. During the process, we responded to the counter twice. Finally, I called the room service. I originally said that the housekeeper could not help us with an extra bed today after get off work, but I don’t know if the language was unclear. When we were wondering that we had paid the room rate for seven people but there was no bed to sleep, the waiter came to help us with an extra bed! The enthusiasm of our waiters for serving us is quite high, but their internal information transmission may need to be strengthened, and there is a slight problem of information asymmetry.

Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness is ok, at least the floors are clean! This type of family room has a wide range, and I would never use the cleanliness standard of a single room to evaluate it! The bathroom is also pretty clean, no obvious dirt

In order to avoid having no seat after entering the venue, you will first wait at the door for the service staff to arrange! The meals provided by the standard breakfast are all delicious! There are many types to choose from. Don’t be afraid of not being full, or if you are too full, give a high score evaluation! But remember to go early, although there will be supplementary meals when you arrive late, but you will have to wait for a long time for the plate

Restaurant: We dined at the outdoor restaurant on the 4F this time. There is a happy hour at 4: 00 p.m, buy one get one free on bartending. However, due to the schedule, I did not participate this time! We ate while we were waiting to check in during lunch time. Seven people ate 4,200 Taiwan dollars, one main meal per person and one glass of wine. The meal was delicious The service staff was considerate, and we could also enjoy the beautiful scenery by the pool. I think the overall experience is very good Good CP is also high! Very recommended!

Public space and facilities: Great, the gym environment is clean and tidy, and there are towels and water prepared, very thoughtful, all the equipment you need, well-equipped, great recommendation There is also an outdoor swimming pool!

Transportation: The location is not very convenient, you need to take a taxi to get there, but because the price of a taxi in Thailand is relatively cheap, overall it is acceptable.

The location is ambiguous, but the rooms are spacious, so it's nice. There are many families with children, so it's noisy.

This place is great getaway from the busy streets of Bangkok it's in an area that's good near buy 3 convenient stores. Walking distance to Roma mall. Everything you could want from a home away from home. I like the place so much I extended my stay 3 times already. The breakfast buffet it's ok. For something different go to the coffee shop in the hotel lobby it's not cheap you will enjoy the food there. The pictures are real and I had no issues at this property it's my recommend place.

Why is this place so popular? Inconvenient double elevator (key card required) and no a/c in lift. Pool looks nice, but it's not practical for actual swimming. Expensive laundry machines that are 30 yrs old. Expensive underwhelming food.

I really impress with this residence since arrived their staff was very nice and helpful. My room at that time was also tidy and comfortable. They have bathtub and shower separated, kitchen with some useful stuff for cooking and DVD player in the bedroom. Breakfast on the 4th floor was not bad. I have not tried the gym but as checked they have an exercise class for their guess to join so you can check the schedule and get your own plan. That is very nice. Also swimming pool is quite big and clean.
I do recommend this if you find some place to stay on your vacation with your family. The environment is so cozy, many trees make the space cool down. You can enjoy your vacation without going out to see many people and traffic. Love this place and hope i will go back again.

Great family hotel. Friendly, professional staff, good size deluxe studio apartment with cooking facilities, excellent pool and facilities deck. Handy convenience store, gym and 2 restaurants with very tasty food. I can't fault my stay.

Great large rooms with kitchens are nice. Had the girlfriend cook me up some breakfast instead of spending. Huge bed not soft but good for.you know. Extremely nice staff always attentive and polite. Huge establishment with tons of amenities to stay for weeks. Bath and kitchen needs updating. Over all very quiet area and no loud touristy Tennant's. Nice restaurants on site

Nice helpful staff Always ready to help. They arranged my transport to airport with a van super quick. Our suite had some smell and they tried their best to manage. Apart from the smell issue the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. 5 stars for service by staff.

Great hospitality and well maintained rooms. We were here for a week and we would look forward to come back and rest in these luxurious rooms after a long day touring the city. The facilities like swimming pool, sauna etc are great for relaxation. There are shopping malls nearby and the hotel has a shuttle drop and pickup to certain areas at hourly intervals. Overall, great place to live if you are in Bangkok for a trip

So far, so good. Clean and spacious rooms. Outdoor lounge the best. Wide view of the outside from spring room kept me from falling asleep.

Very nice place. Feel like not living in Bangkok because the place is so quiet and fulfill with the trees and the excellent service with perfect welcpme drink.

Nice and beautiful. Garden and swimming pool on 4th floor really impressive, enjoyed my staying with well maintained room and system. Cooperative with guest and good location. Starbucks and 7/11 is also very next to it. Good for who is having a business tour. Price is also reasonable with different type of food tests.

What a lovely hotel! The staff are so friendly and the hotel is beautiful. There are so many pieces of lovely artwork placed throughout. The whole vibe is so homey, especially the rooms.

Lobby looks better than the rooms. They are off age.
I was shocked, after a closer inspection of the room, that a room like this was actually offered to guests.
Big fridge, microwave, mini kitchen is all there but could use a proper scrub and cleaning as they look very used and dirty.
Torn curtains, dirty walls and ceiling, the rug looks like you don't want to walk on it bare feet. Bathroom is old and outdated and there is mold.
We were offered a change of room after complaining, but the damage was done.
Still big rooms and nice area. Breakfast is good, big selection and variety. Can be crowded though. Helpful staff. Close to big shopping mall, enough taxis around and a shuttle bus to BTS skytrain station.

Good enough for the price but looses some marks for having dated bathroom and kitchen. Food and service are top marks though.
