Very kind atmosphere at Charcoal.
The service was perfect with very kind and professional waiters helping to choose the food among the huge choice.
The cocktails are also top.
I advise for the one with 2 shots of coffee ;-)

Best in Bangkok. Haven't had Indian food this good in a long time. Must come back next time I'm in town.

The place is an absolute delight (specially for vegetarian food). They whole family loved the experience.
We were there for a family dinner and celebration. Had done reservations in advance through Chope.
Location and Accessability - The place was easy to reach/ find. In a prety happening locality.
Ambience - Wonderful. The seating were comfortable, mix of formal and casual. They have a pool and option to have dinner by its side (though it was closed that day).
Staff - Very courteous. Best part was they helped with portion size with honesty. In fact, the waiter (Akshay, I think) cautioned us we may have ordered a bit more due to the large portion size of a particular dish. He was right and helped to avoid wastage!
Food - Awesome. A good spread of vegetarian options. Taste was great! We had pre-ordered a cake for celebration. Though they don't have a bakery, they got a mawa raw cake and turned it to and amazing chocolate/ walnut covered cake.
Would definitely visit again!

Best Indian cuisine.very nice ambiance. We got walk in seating at 645pm. The lamb dum biryani was out of this world, so tender n flavorful.must try.hidden secret.
Seekh kebab was juicy and the speciality varki naan was flaky n crunchy.so good!

Absolutely incredible food experience with my friends! From the moment we entered to when we left the service was on point throughout. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable about what foods would be suited to who and portion size so we didn't over order. We got it spot on. 100% going back.

Our highlights were the black dal, shrimps and paneer Tikka. Nice service and vibe too. Of course it's on the pricey side of food in Bangkok but if you're looking for a restaurant for a special meal you should definitely give it a try!

Seriously.i NEVER say that food is amazing.i've tried Michelin star restaurants and still found it to be.eeh.but this food is completely out of this world! I've tried Indian food all over the globe but this is uncomparable.a must try!

Had dinner at charcoal on my last day in Bangkok and I must say, they do make good food. The chicken was absolutely on point. Loved the ambience. Would definitely visit the next time I am in bangkok

The best Indian food in Thailand. The place is amazing. Best biryani ever. The food is real authentic full of flavor. The staff are amazing. They can advise you what to have depending your preference.

Poor customer service. Mismanagement of reservations. I had been calling for an hour to change my reservation, while nobody picked up my call.

Great tandoori in a stylish setting. Menu does not have any curries, but all the kebabs are excellent; the biryani is very good too. On busy nights service can be a little slow, but the staff do try their best.

Nice restaurant with pretty good Indian food. Our waiter was pretty pushy about the menu and what we were ordering but we ended up loving the food. Somewhat unique atmosphere compared to other Bangkok restaurants.

Ambiance was awesome, kitchy, fun. Grilled meats were good and very tasty. Wish they had more of a selection of curries with some gravy, but otherwise it was a great experience.

Very nice. The lamb biryani was tasty. But the Gulab Jamun with caramel ice cream and Gulkand kulfi is amazing.
