I visited this place because the price was cheap, but it was the worst and most unfriendly massage shop I've ever been to. The foot massage room is too noisy (the floor is old, so it makes unpleasant noises every time you walk, the sound of customers coming and going, doors opening, etc.), and the assigned masseuse does not adjust the intensity for each area, but just keeps rubbing the same area and causing pain. Even when I said it hurt, they kept a straight face and didn't listen and kept doing it (the worst). However, the person I went with said he was very satisfied with the shoulder and head treatment, so it seems to be different for each massage therapist.

The price is cheap, the space is slightly small, and the quality of the chefs varies, from very good to very poor. The herbal massage the night before was very bad. Efficient, relaxing, clean and comfortable. They treat one very well. The staff are good at their craft. Been many times and keep coming back for more.

It looks like a very nice shop from the outside, but the pedicure area is extremely crowded. Everyone who comes in after that has to be careful, the floor creaks and the stools creak. The butt of the masseur next to me was almost touching my face, it was so crowded anyway

I visited a massage shop near my accommodation, and I was so satisfied! After coming to Bangkok, I experienced 1 massage a day in various places, and this was the best place among them! I will visit again when I come back to Bangkok.

It’s the 3rd time I’m back at chao9 massage. Their masseurs are all very friendly and hospitable. Love the atmosphere, it’s quiet, relaxing and whats more, it’s very affordable. One of the best massage place in Bangkok with a friendly price. You can call to make a booking first in case of disappointment as this place is pretty popular. Locals go there as well - so you know it’s really good:)

The reception was rude even I speak Thai but she can’t understand and not polite at all. If you can’t give customer the first impression nicely. I think you failed on your career. Luckily the massage was great so I give u 2 star

I tried out another massage place with higher rating but their service was horrible. If you are in this area do give chao9 a try.

Environment is lovely, but not the foot massage area which is too crowded and noisy. However, the therapist is not very professional, she do the same techniques in an hour for foot massage and she's not concentrated on what she doing. In the mid of session, she suddenly go outside for more than 3 minutes without notice, she just grab a cup of water for herself. WTx? Anyway, it's not a good experience.

Massage is really good. The best one I got in the Bangkok. The atmosphere is really good. Really relaxing. They don't take booking, but they have many masseurs, you won't need to wait to long to get the massage.

I prefer a middle price massage every time than too low or high.
Entrance was so lovely. I went there rainy day. Look! That trees and candle! Really sentimental view they had.

Usually a pretty relaxing massage but can be a bit hit or miss.at about 270 Baht ($8ish) an hour worth the gamble. Foot massage is in a darkened room with 2 rows of lazy boys. The room is filled with the smell of vapo-rub which I'm good with, but if you find it offensive, this wouldn't be for you.

Good basic massage place. Foot massage in the front room. Body massage in private rooms. Good for couples. Nice without being fancy.
