Scenic night view and emcee which is very lively to bring up the atmosphere and enjoyable songs.

Staff is not helpful in providing table information to visitors, but they were expecting 1st time visitors will find the 'assigned' seating without guide and orientation to the cruise.

Unfortunately, shared the same cruise with rude Korean tour guide which behaving rudely to other non of her tour members, whom taking the same cruise. The tour members were eagerly rushing for boarding and alighting cruise, buffet and flooded the dance floors with 'interesting' dancing moves.

Not for romantic celebration with that.

It was value for money. Highly recommended experience. Good selections in the buffet, plus the prawns were fresh and tasted amazing.

The waiting line is too crowded and long.
The food is so delicious and the song selection is good. It's hot, but it's better outdoors than indoors because it's more open.

When the buffet opens, it's a free for all. Everyone goes at once. Never again. Poor quality of food etc. The only
good thing was the beautiful views at night.

There are many cruise ships in Bangkok at night. They are all large and luxurious cruise ships. There are so many people when boarding the ship. However, after boarding the ship, I sat next to the stage. I was lucky and very convenient. I was worried that there were many people diners, but it was only when picking up the meal. In fact, the whole journey is about eating and drinking. If you are not too hungry, you don’t have to rush to get a meal too early. The food is not bad. The singers are very good at bringing the atmosphere into the atmosphere. Passengers from various countries have popular songs in their own countries. In the end, together Hot dance, kkday’s itinerary is so interesting.

Some foods were good like garlic bread and shrimp soup some were okay and some were straight up inedible I would advice the chef to stop cooking and chase a new profession. The cruise was 15 minutes late anyways. They took really bad photos of us and were selling it to us for 200 baht I would say stay away from this cruise just stay in your hotel and sleep don't waste your money on this garbage it's a waste of your time too.i hate this cruise with a passion

We went to this program all most all are Indians when food started all are rushing for food, some were took pieces of food and fruits with hand. If you are looking for better experience… don’t take this boat they are not an organized one for family… decent singles can’t enjoy.all focus is given to eating food and some low rated DJ …

This cruise is an experience in itself. It is about 2 hrs when the cruise goes up and down the river. They serve food and alcohol depending on the package that we have chosen. The alcohol can be brought on deck if not included in the package.

The staff are very cooperative and helpful with genuine requests. The cruise is usually on time and we must be there before time to ensure we don't miss the cruise. We need to get there and collect our tickets from the pier and ensure the same is distributed amongst all the guests.

There is a DJ onboard who will usually play music to our choice.

The toilets in the cruise are clean and tidy.

Great experience to have dinner with friends on cruise!
- There are a lot different cruises (white orchid, grand pearl.) but we choose Chao Phraya Princess after reading through reviews and having recommendations from friends.
- You can book ticket on Klook website which has discount for two packages (1) sunset dinner at over 400 baht with 1 hour buffet and (2) dinner dinner at 790 baht for 2 hours buffet (normally it will be more than 1k baht)
- After that, get to icon siam pier and choose pier 4 and wait there 30 minutes before departure time. You dont need to go early to reserve a nice table because it will be arranged randomly by staffs.
- Food is good quality and taste is ok. Dont expect an awesome buffet but overall, it will not upset you at all. This is international buffet which has popular Thai food (sontum, tomyum, pad thai.), western food (mushroom soup, garlic bread.), seafood, sushi and sashimi.
- For the first 30 minutes, you can just enjoy food and music. After that, boat will pass by nice place that you can take great photos (wat arun, asiantique.) and dont forget to take picture with icon siam on boat when it comes to the end. You can check photos to have some idea
- Pros: (1) A variety of food and dessert, (2) live music with english and thai song mixed.
- Cons: (1) boat arrives late abt 10 - 15 minutes but 2 hours buffet will count after they announce on boat, (2) live music is a bit noisy, so its suitable for family gathering or friends hang out, not couple.
- Overall, its a nice experience to have dinner on boat and see bangkok at night️

Visited Thailand last year in the month of February 2020 and looked up for places to visit in Bangkok and saw people recommending cruise dinner. I was little confused about which cruise i should go for so came across some of the good reviews about Chao Pharaya Princess. So after i was convinced with the reviews i visited their website and booked the tickets i was really excited about the whole cruise idea and having dinner on it with live music. When cruise arrived i was really moved by the greeting ceremony they performed for the guest. So we boarded the cruise and welcome drink was served and live Indian music started because i opted for Indian dinner and everything was going really well but i was disappointed by the food they served. It was tasteless. So if you want to spend some time and don’t really care about the taste of the food then you should definitely try this option. I was happy with everything but not the dinner.

Dinner cruise at night. The band was entertaining. We enjoyed unlimited shrimps, fresh fruits. Every one has enough time to enjoy the food and scenery at night. Decorated lights at the riversides. This is a must experience in Bangkok. - July 2019

River Cruise in the Royal Chaophraya Princess was one of our highlights of our Trip to Thailand in 2018.

It was an evening of relaxed, slow paced cruise, enjoying the night view of the city and the architecture around, over some scrumptious buffet style food, some good music and a bit of dance too. The food was both kid and adult friendly with a great mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian, Thai & International cuisine. My daughter loved those sausages, shrimp and spaghetti, though there was a longer wait for the more popular dishes to be refilled. One of the memorable moment was my daughter and her close friend celebrated their birthday together in the river cruise and cutting the cake in a cruise made their day. Though we were extremely tired on the day of arrival, we were totally rejuvenated from our experiences

Boarding process is a huge mess and can potentially spoil your experience. They seriously need to work on that. Food is decent at best. Ambiance is fine at least.

Was there 3 years back and I couldn't get to experience what this cruise ship normally offers. Though the food and the atmosphere was good and had an aesthetic appeal, what ruined my night that night was the entertainment staff, specially the female singers. One of them had the guts to seduce my dad and embarrass my mom and me in front of everybody! The next time I go to visit Thailand, I won't come back to this cruise ship anymore, I'm sorry. And also, I'm not recommending this to anybody I know. I was going to leave only 1 star but had to leave an extra because the food and the atmosphere was great, the only thing that made me upset was your singing staff; even your saxonist was a lot better than her and I loved the way he played those jazzy tunes. There are other better cruise lines that can offer good, clean fun and not something that resembles a brothel house/strip club!

One of the best experiences on a ship at night. Live singing, music, dancing. Good service, good food and drinks. A place where you can have super fun. Everything is awesome. Highly recommend ️️

Had a wonderful romantic evening with food, music and fun for almost 2 hours. It was my first experience on a dinner cruise and it was damn amazing. Indian style dishes were available for the buffet. The views of the malls and buildings from the cruise was mind blowing. Worth for every penny spent. Highly recommended.
