4มีคนมาใช้บริการพอสมควร แต่ผมจังหวะไม่ดีเจอคนไร้มารยาท พูดโทรศัพท์เสียงดัง ไม่เกรงใจคนที่มาใช้บริการ พนักงานไม่ค่อยเข้ามาเก็บแก้วหรือขวดน้ำ ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างดีแต่ไม่ค่อยสะอาดอาจจะไม่มีพนักงานเข้ามาทำความสะอาดบ่อย ๆ
Comfortable seats to relax or even a quick nap, as well as good seats for working on laptop or studying.
They still have free coffee, chocolate and tea, and bottled water. But no longer I've got the water, they also used to have biscuits and small size cans coke (as you used to know from airplanes) but they don't offer that anymore - no doubt covid19 is the excuse, although I don't think a can of Coke will infect you with covid19. (And if it's your concern, just stay at home and let the rest of the world live and let die as usual)
Overall it's still alright, but lounge at Central Rama9 is now the best Platinum/Exclusive lounge.
Very accessible. The place where you can find and buy everything you need.
