Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel Bangkok

We had a 19 hour layover in Bangkok and booked a Deluxe City View King (for 2 adults & 1 child under 10), and a Superior City View Twin (for the two teens). Located within an easy 300m walk from Ratchaprarop Station (A7) on the Bangkok Airport Rail Link, departing directly from Suvarnabhumi Airport, this hotel has the perfect location in Bangkok. The ride from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Ratchaprarop Station takes exactly 25 minutes, and is faster and cheaper than a taxi or private airport transfer. Walk out of Ratchaprarop Station, turn right on Ratchaprarop Road, cross the road at the first food bridge, and continue down Ratchaprarop Road. Walk until you see the huge Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel sign. Hotel staff from the staff that greet you at the entrance, to the front desk staff are friendly and super helpful. Rooms are spacious and have excellent facilities. The outdoor relaxation area with cabanas on the 9th floor is fantastic to relax and have a drink. The view from the WALK rooftop bar on the 21st floor at night is breathtaking. Make sure you visit the night markets, which is an easy stroll from the hotel (there are markets an easy stroll to the right and left of the hotel). Our 5am checkout was a breeze. An easy stroll back to Ratchaprarop Station (A7), to catch the 5: 30am to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Highly recommend the Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel Bangkok, and would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel that was recommended by my partner. Very well-equipped to cater to our requests (e.g. Yoga mat, HDMI cable and etc). The buffet breakfast was also worth the price point. No regrets and would rebook when I am back again.

Excellent hotel close to all the amenities like transport and shopping malls, food stalls etc. Rooms always cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast is great. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody wants to stay in Bangkok. Staff very helpful

Great location. Walking distance to shopping mall. Clean rooms decent buffet breakfast. Only the entrance is a minus point

Just OK, have stayed at the Amari Watergate in the past and must admit that the Amari is a much better property. This is very much like the I IS, no frills just bed and breakfast

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Can improve on having a bigger tv thou. Location was okay, walking distance to airport rail. Overall will stay there again

Good room beautifully and efficiently laid out, the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows, which make a world of difference. My only issue is that there is no real swimming pool, and the roof top bar is sadly under utilitised, or under promoted.

It was a good place in the centre of the Bangkok mall, reached the Mall just by walk. That's a good thing. However, as a Moeslem it would be great if this hotel provide the halal menu. Thats all.

Very convenient location at the heart of Bangkok.close to a lot of shopping area. Room condition is very nice. Comfortable bed for a good sleep after a long day. Complementary hotel buffet breakfast is just disappointing. Though with wide verity, the food quality is just OK. Better for you to just enjoy Bangkok's yummy street food. Roof top bar is not bad for the good view of the skyline.

A great hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. It is located quite is a convenient location, with street food and massage parlors just minutes away. It is also within walking distance to the neon night market for shopping and food.

Came here with promo. Location a little obscure but room and service and price is good. I don't mind coming back

Very good service, check in very fast, room service everyday without call for room service, clean & clear.
Room light not bright enough (maybe its yellow light?), heater sometime will release cold water like 0.01sec? I don't know why.overall is worth.

Staff at the reception are very nice and helpful.
But the entrance to the hotel is rather confusing. Didn't help that the people at the carpark were not so helpful and gave wrong directions.which made me walk around in circles.: (
Room is a little smaller than expected but comfortable.

The hotel location was great. The rooms were decent nothing too fancy. But beware do not get a taxi through the bell service. A normal taxi fare for 7km would have been less than 100bt but they charge a flat rate of 200bt. We never ate at the hotel so can't tell you the quality of the food but street food was cheap and delicious.
