A highly recommended hotel, prime location with super clean plus connected floors to Central World Mall

I stayed in a remodeled family premium room for 4 nights. The room was spacious, the facilities were satisfactory, and the swimming pool was large and there were no people, so it was good to have fun. It's very convenient as it's adjacent to Central World.

เป็นโรงแรมที่มีครบจบได้ในที่เดียวทั้งห้างสรรพสินค้าทันสมัย ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า ใกล้วัดซึ่งเป็นพระอารามหลวง
มีความสะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง ในส่วนของโรงแรมการให้บริการดีมากในทุกแผนก ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อยเตียงนอนและหมอนนุ่มเหมาะกับการพักผ่อนอย่างดี วิวภายนอกห้องพักพาโนรามาเห็นวิวใจกลางของกรุงเทพมหานคร การรักษาความปลอดภัยดีเยี่ยม อาหารอร่อย ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบายแล้วเราจะมาใช้บริการอีกค่ะ

ใหญ่มากมีที่จอดรถยนต์ สะดวกด้านหลังเป็นเซ็นทรัลเวิลสามารถเดินเข้าไปจับจ่ายตามสบายหรูหราแน่นอนครับ มาเป็นหมู่คณะครอบครัวก็สะดวกครับ เอาที่สบายใจครับ

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี บริการดี ใช้ห้องแบบคลับ พนง. ในคลับบริการดีมาก มีเครื่องดื่มกับขนมให้บริการทั้งวัน ช่วงบ่ายมี Afternoon tea ช่วงค่ำมีเครื่องดื่มแลกอฮอล์เป็นช่วงเวลา อาหารเช้าไม่มากแต่เพียงพอและคุณภาพดี บรรยกาศกลางกรุงเทพ

Convenient location. Located on the shopping mall & next to Central World + BigC.
Downstairs there is a Starbucks, next to a fruit counter, Uniqlo, …
Room is clean. There are common sockets + usb.

A very nice 5 stars hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The service was superb. It's very close to any major tourist sites and shopping malls. The highlight is cocktail bar in the rooftop. If you prefer to have your meals outside the hotel, CentralWorld and Siam Paragon are within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the area to choose from. If the weather is bad or you just want to have a lazy day, swimming pool and the SPA can be your option. There are sauna and jacuzzi available by the recretional floor. Highly recommended if you are looking to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Bangkok!

The hotel really deserves five stars, even with some minor negatives
It is made up of 55 skyscraper floors

The location is strategic, close to most of the markets, to the extent that many of them go there by walking, you do not need a car, the hotel has a private entrance to the large Centra Mall

The reception was nice and fast (FAHAD). The reception was special

The rooms are luxurious and of a good size, but what I liked was their division, as the corridors were narrow in the room

The breakfast varied greatly and the baked goods were the best

The location of the breakfast is so large that despite the hotel crowds, you get a table along.

Clubhouse and pool

The club is quite large and sufficient, with some equipment missing

There are group training sessions daily, and this is a nice and new thing. I have to get something like this in a hotel

The swimming pool is beautiful and there are places for recreation

Negatives

If you enter the hotel, you need to use two elevators to reach the room

The hotel is large at times, but the elevators are few, 4 elevators. I did not experience a long wait for the elevator to arrive, but if you ride, it can stop you 4 or 6 times on different floors and people ride.

Unfortunately, the drinking water provided in the rooms is salty and has a strange taste. I hope to look into this matter.

It is worth staying and I recommend it, and I will visit again, God willing

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Centara Grand at Central World - May 2023, and I must say, it was a truly outstanding experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay.

The staff at Centara Grand went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry we had. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing a minor issue in our room (the aircon was blowing hot air), and their impeccable service truly made us feel valued as a guest.

One aspect of our stay that deserves special mention is the breakfast spread. It was simply phenomenal! The variety and quality of the food available were exceptional. From freshly baked pastries to a delectable assortment of Asian cuisines, there was something to cater to every palate. The breakfast staff were attentive, ensuring that the buffet was well-stocked and presented beautifully. It was a delightful way to start each day of our stay.

The room, it was nothing short of immaculate. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout. The housekeeping staff deserves high praise for their dedication and meticulousness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring Bangkok. The linens were fresh, and the room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities.

I cannot recommend Centara Grand enough for anyone seeking a truly memorable hotel stay. The level of hospitality, the delightful breakfast spread, and the comfort of the rooms exceeded our expectations. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring guests have a fantastic experience. If I ever find myself in Bangkok again, I will undoubtedly choose to stay at Centara Grand at Central World without hesitation.

Loved the airport pickup, warm welcome, club lounge, escorted to executive suite, the suite itself and the view, amenities in the room, smart toilet, the view from the bathroom, definitely will come back and recommend my loved once. #CentaraGrandAtCentralworld

The breakfast service at the coffee house is great and staff are very friendly. I would comment Adisak Anakhata Restaurant Manager who have gone an extra mile ensuring that all guests are well attended and enjoy our breakfast. He has also taken good care of the senior guest who is handicap making sure she is served well and enjoy her breakfast. As and when he passed by the table he will check thst everything us ok with her. What a wonderful and excellent the hotel has.

Room is moderate.

But worst checkin/out experience ever.

Only 2 staffs during peak time with super slow service, not even try to help with luggage.

Hotel is the best for relax in bangkok, service is good and breakfast delicious but onemore thing, I love redsky bar rooftop it's very good for relax and chiling

We enjoyed the very clean and modern rooms with great views.
It would even deserve a 5 stars rating but unfortunately the information we got from the manager about the necessity of a Covid-19 PCR test before flying back was not right. This way paid for a useless in-house test.
Still thanks to the kind staff for trying to get the right information and the good service!
