6 535 bath for 24 hours (so if you plan correctly you can have 2 session for 535), everything to have a descent workout. The place is quite small but compare to other fitness around the value for money is unbeatable I guess.
There’s A/C, cardio machine and everything you need
ยิมมีขนาดไม่ใหญ่มากครับ แต่ถ้าเทียบสัดส่วนกับคนใช้บริการถือว่าพอดีครับ จริงๆคือค่อนข้างโล่งเลยแหละ เพราะแม้โต๊ะนั่งพักจะไม่ได้เยอะมากแต่ก็ไม่เคยเต็มครับ ส่วนเครื่องเล่นก็จะเต็มเฉพาะ prime time ช่วง6โมง-ทุ่ม วันธรรมดาครับ นอกนั้นค่อนข้างโล่ง ห้องคลาสมีห้องปั่นจักรยานขนาดกลางๆ1ห้อง กับห้องคลาสขนาดใหญ่อีกหนึ่ง
ตัวยิม ใหม่ โปร่ง และกลิ่นไม่เคยอับครับ แม้กระทั่งห้องล็อกเกอร์กับห้องน้ำ เอาจริงๆถือว่าค่อนข้างหอมเลย กลิ่นน้ำหอมที่นี่หอมดีครับ ห้องน้ำก็คนใช้ไม่ค่อยเยอะ (ยกเว้นตัวส้วม) และตัวที่อาบน้ำ ครีมอาบน้ำ ยาสระผมอะไรก็ดีครับ
นอกจากโซนเครื่องเล่น เวท และเทรน มีโซนที่นั่งพักครับ ทั้งข้างในและข้างนอก ข้างนอกวิวสวยครับ มีวิวเมืองกับโค้งแม่น้ำ ผมชอบนั่งพักหลังเต้นครับ ชมวิวสบายใจดี
ปกติผมเป็นคนเน้นเข้าแต่คลาสเต้นครับ ไม่เล่นอย่างอื่นในยิม และสำหรับผมถ้าเทียบจำนวนคนกับขนาดห้อง ห้องคลาสจัดว่าใหญ่มากครับ โปร่งสบาย มีหน้าต่างบานใหญ่สองด้าน
คลาสเต้นดีมากครับ มีแบบ Zumba คือออกแนว Latin Aerobic กับแบบ DNA คือแบบสอนท่าเต้นเพลงต่างๆครับ โดย DNA จะมีสอนสามแบบ คือ EDM, Burlesque (แนวเซ็กซี่) กับ ฮิปฮอปครับ ทั้งสองแบบได้ออกกำลังเยอะ เหนื่อยและสนุกมากครับ โดยเฉพาะ DNA ที่หาที่อื่นไม่ได้
รวมๆคือชอบครับ
The gym is located at the samyan mitr town which is easily accessible.
The space is quite small. Also, there is not enough small dumbbells for women.
The free area zone for activities on mats is very limited and always not available.
The staffs are not very professional and not helpful.
I spotted a few of them that do not clean the machines or unrack the weights for their trainees after use.
The only reason why I am still here is the location. It is the only gym closed to my office.
It's a small gym. Some trainers are quite disrespectful to customers. I pay around 1500 THB per month gym only. If you're not serious about lifting, this gym is totally fine. But if you're like me, who love lifting and need to work every muscle out, then this place is not for you. Some missing machines and equipments to accomodate many customers. The peak time is around 5-8 PM. Only 1 heavy bag.
Location is great and various activities. But the activity room is quite small (ppl per space less than 2 m) whereby the staffs does not care for a newcomer as existing customers are more important. There is no towel and other beverage service provided.
