Top of the line gym, best in Bangkok and it should be because it is very expensive if you are visiting and using the day pass. 750 baht about the same as a day pass at my gym in San Francisco. It is a thing here in Bangkok for all gyms so maybe get a hotel with nice gym or be prepared to pay for a nice gym exp. At a club

The best gym in Bangkok. The equipment, the staff, the changing room with amazing Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room! It's just a joy to work out here. Made my Bangkok stay unforgettable. Plus the staff is so kind.

Great gym, but as others stated, something is not quite right here. Especially in regards to management.

Great facilities but the managers are scammers. They try to charge you membership fee under dubious conditions.
Also at 5pm there is a group of mean gays.they are a group that always gossip and create a strange vibe.

If you want to be overcharged and can ignore mean gays go for it as the facilities are amazing

Been here once. Definitely give a visit again until I go back. The gym were nice and staffs are very friendly.

Gorgeous. Private. Dumbbells go to 45kg so higher than other nearby gyms. Uses Life Fitness equipment, tracks reps for you. Some foam rollers. Has the style of grips for rows and pull downs that other nearby gyms don’t have. You want to work your any muscle, there are cables, machines, barbell racks/benches, dumbbells all with heavy weight available.

Nice view. Price is higher than most nearby gyms, but you get higher quality. Includes a hot dry sauna. Spacious lockers with plenty of amenities (various lotions, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, caps, talcum, etc) but their shampoo didn’t work for me.

Only things missing are an ice bath and lat isolation machine. I don’t think they have a glute ham raise either but they have hyper extension and hip thrust available so you can still work the general movement.

Tldr, best gym I’ve found anywhere, good value if you go often.

This used to be a great gym, but the new management is doing their best to ruin it. They've apparently decided to "shake things up", so now there's loud music blasting from all directions, and the staff are creating all kinds of distractions - there's one guy in the middle of the room (manager I suppose) whose only job seems to be to chat people up. A gym is for working out, not catching up on your social life. What used to be a luxury private space is now a high-school gym class.

I have never seen another club like it in the world let alone Asia. Open plan training with state of the art strength training and Cardio machines as well as Virtual Reality Training. Complete with a 5 star Spa and Mediterranean Restaurant. Its a Lifestyle Club like no other.

One of the best gym in bangkok. Very clean facility and has a wide range of equipmemts available. Not as busy as other gyms so alot easier to make use of the weight area almost anytime. Annual fee is abit pricey but worth the quality get in return.

Great gym for those who are traveling! My suggestion is to use Fit Tripper and get 50% of the day pass! With only 425 baht, you get a gym with brand new and clean equipments. From trx to Jacob's ladder (a new cardio machine hardly found anywhere else), what you need / want in a gym, you can find it here! In addition, there is a swimming pool with sauna and hot steam room! I have been a member for over 12 years. This is perhaps the best gym one could ever find in this country. New and modern equipments. You can get a complete body workouts here. It's the frontier of exercise equipments. Superior services as well.

Awesome place to come to the gym as it is not so crowded. The staff is nice as they are not trying to push you to buy package and PT

Privacy and comfortable Gym. Friendly Staff. Plenty of shower room and toiletry. Worth to be a membership. But swimming pool is just a bit small and you have to walk up the stairs which like an emergency exit to the pool.

Nice and good looking equipment. Friendly and knowledgeable trainer. Good smoothy at the juice bar. It is not crowded as the chain fitness. Provided you good ambient to workout. The price is a bit pricey for non-member though.

Excellent gym! Extremely neat and tidy and the equipment is the best you can get. A little expensive, but the service is great and the showers are amazing. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a decent gym with all the equipment you need!

This gym is really good. I found here all needed equipment. They don't allow kids go to the training hall, but they have comfortable chair nearby. Staff is friendly, nice ambience in the dressing area, good shower with good quality cosmetic.
