So stupid
They make you wait outside the store on a bench instead of letting you in to look at their jewelry until they can call your name for service & sales

Very unprofessional staff plus they took so looooong to finish the payment.

They dont allow wifi/apple payment in this branch
My card worked everywhere including their other branches except in this branch it didn't work
The worker kept insisting that it's our card's problem or our bank which was rude

we had to pay online at the end with the same card and it worked

The staff are unprofessional and they can't solve anything neither find solutions.you have to tell them what to do

Poor service, literally we could sit for an hour just to pay
I bought from a second Cartier branch with the same card, and it was seized, and when I came to this branch, it was not seized
And the employee was in a provocative way insisting that the holidays are from my card or from the bank is my right I told him ok pay with Wi-Fi / Apple Pay he said we don't have!
Ok, your second branches are in it, why are you not!?

The important thing is that they fail to find solutions. We ourselves give solutions, and we said, ok, do we pay online? In the end, the same card was seized online
