I went in to buy a Panthere watch but the staff was rude and gave answers in one word. When the model I was looking for wasn’t in stock, the staff made no effort to connect me to a branch that did. Terrible customer service and I’m glad I didn’t buy my watch from this branch.

I am really disappointed with the service received by my son at this branch. He went to buy a bracelet and they sold him one that doesn’t fit. It is too small. They didn’t have a suitable string to replace and make bigger and they just sent him to another branch. With the sold bracelet of course. At least take the time to call another branch and check the availability of the right string and address my son to the branch accordingly. Honestly the right service considering the Cartier brand would be to manage directly as shop the replacement of the string. I will never choose this branch anymore. On star for the sale service.

I bought wedding rings for my wedding from The Emporium branch several years ago. I was very satisfied with the service provided to me by a young gentleman there at that time.

My Wife's birthday is coming up so I've decided to visit the branch again to pick a gift up for her. I was tended by a saleswoman who was busy chatting on her phone and evidently looked annoyed at a simple question I asked her regarding the item I went there to purchase. I asked to look at only one item. I was in no way being difficult.

I gently returned the item to her, politely thanked her and noticed her lack of attempt to reciprocate any form of proper etiquette. I did not expect her to drop everything she was doing to serve me. But a modicum of respect would have been nice. We all could have a bad day. I understand. And Cartier is still a great brand despite this experience. But my wife is getting something from Tiffany this year.

I am writing this review in comparison to my recent visit at the Cartier branch at siam paragon.

I can recollect the experience and service my fiancé and i encountered back in late 2021 by this emporium branch. It is no way comparable to that of the branch at siam paragon.

I deeply regret making my previous purchase at this branch of which i should have done it at the siam paragon branch instead.

To the public, i would strongly recommend the branch at Siam paragon where the staff are more professional.

I would like to surprise My best friend with Cartier stuffs, decided to call in to Emporium's branch, was treated very best by Khun Jakky. He has provided the best service and given the very neatly beautiful package. Bien Anyapatch

Very impressed with the services I have received from Khun Noon and Khun Cat ;) I have not bought anything yet but they were so welcoming and helpful the both times I visited the store.

I'll talk about Cartier watch servicing here. The watch repair service here is relatively fast and the servicing costs are reasonable. At times, complimentary services on certain watch models are available to customers. That's the golden opportunity to get your watches serviced for "free" (seriously, no kidding here, given your watches have never never been tinkered with by non-authorized watch makers before). Despite no such campaigns, servicing your watches here gives you a peace of mind. The outcome is always immaculate, living up to Cartier's reputation.

Physically, the boutique is decked out elegantly and in tasteful ways. Staff (especially after-sales service ones) are attentive, friendly, polite, helpful and unpretentious. If you consider buying Cartier watches or jewelry pieces, or serving your watches, here is highly recommended. (BTW, I'm not trying to pitch Cartier here, but that's all my direct experience has told me.)

Staff team are extremely lovely and helpful. Highly recommend to purchase here. Wonderful time shopping there.
