Super fast service with excellent results. They picked, fixed my 4 luggages and returned within the same day. That was really impressive.

My rubber on the wheels of the Samsonite baggage has deteriorated. I bough it to them for repairing. The price is 200THB per wheel. They took time around 30minutes. Totally it is nice:)

They are good. Prompt service and reply. Had faulty lugguge wheels, give them a text. Reply in less than 2hrs, pick up at hotel and deliver back in 2hrs with all the wheels fix.

They picked up, changed the handles, and returned the luggages at my hotel, all in an hour. Charges were very reasonable.

They picked up my luggages from the hotel, changed the handles and dropped the luggages at my hotel, all in an hour. They charged a very reasonable price.

Very good service from Kaew. Use line chat to ask how much for wheel change and enquiry, they just askef you take a picture and will quote you a price. It cost 250 baht, i got 4 change at 1000 baht plus 260 baht for pick up and delivery back to my hotel at Sathon area. It only take half a day turn around time request around 1pm by 5pm luggage is back in hotel. Wheel when back is smooth highly recomend to use them if need. Before and after picture fyi.

I had a problem with the wheels of my stroller, as the wheels were breaking from within the casing, causing the stroller to buckle. I came across Carpenters Luggage repair and with the help of my Hotel staff, they picked it up, replaced the wheels and bought ot back in the space of a few hours. I must say I agree with the other reviews. What superb service and exceptional work.

My 2 wheeler and 4 wheels spinner both need to be repaired. Hotel contacted them upon my request and arranged for pick up the next morning. After done they send back on the same day and everything is as good as new. They even changed the faulty TSA lock too. For the 2 wheeler they charged 700, TSA lock 500 and the spinner is 250/wheel. Additional 300 for the transport. Highly recommended

Contacted them on the phone and they preferred using the Line app as it translates for them. I had a bad wheel on an old carry on and had them change both of them. 250 baht per wheel and I paid to have them pick it up and deliver it back for an additional 240 baht to my hotel near Nana. 740 baht (about 20 USD) and it's perfect. The wheels are much better than the original ones.

They have done great job replacing the broken wheel on my luggage at a fair price. The new wheels run very smooth, work like news! Love it!
