Cape House Hotel and Serviced Apartments reviews
44 Great staff shout out to Golf-san, very quick response on repairs of speaking doors. Excellent breakfast something new each morning, free bottled water came in very handy.
Very minor issue was the next door neighbor using the Harmon Kardon speaker. Music was too loud at 1: 00 AM. Contacted front receptionist they informed the room next door was a lot quieter after that.
Would I recommend and stay at the Crew Hotel again definitely
The hotel staff are smiling, the room is clean, and the breakfast is simple and delicious! There is a massage parlor opposite with very good environment and service. A hot stone oil massage is very comfortable! In addition, there is a hotel located 5 minutes' walk to the left at the entrance of the hotel. Although the price is low, the technician's gestures are very good!
As soon as I entered the hotel, I immediately felt overwhelmed and old. I regretted it even more after checking in. The washing machine doesn't wash well, so it's better than living across the street.
The breakfast options are not very large, but they are delicious and everything is quite fresh.
In addition to the cleaning of the kitchenware and bathroom parts in the guest room, the experience in other living rooms and bedrooms is very good. The TV and some electrical appliances are relatively old, and it may be inconvenient to connect external devices.
The swimming pool, heated pool and gym on the 16th floor are very clean and have independent changing spaces. They are all managed by dedicated personnel and it feels great to use them. Overall, it is a hotel that will make people want to stay again.
Hotel in the center of Bangkok near the sky train about five minutes walk so very comfortable the hotel very clean excellent breakfast large rooms and above all a very comfortable Long where you can eat and drink from eight in the morning to 9.30pm highly recommended
The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from BTS Chit Lom, but there are many bus stalls on the road. Unfortunately, the stalls close at 8pm.
The ground floor of the room was a little short and felt very oppressive. Fortunately, I stayed in a two-bedroom room. Although it was clean, it was well-decorated and the facilities were also very old. The washing machine was of an old style and it only took me a day to learn how to wash and dry clothes. Fortunately, the mattress was soft and hard. It's moderate, but the pillows are too high, so I have to change them at the hotel. The air conditioner is separate, but it's as noisy as the exhaust fan. The curtains can't completely block the light, so you need to wear an eye mask.
Breakfast is ok with more choices
Very good hotel with very good service. The rooms have several spaces and the Suite has a kitchenette and everything you need for a great stay. Outside the room you have a large reading and TV area with furniture. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The attention is very good.
Breakfast closes at 10am and I never took it during my stay for rest reasons.
Perfect stay: rooms, bed, bathroom,
Breakfast, pool staff all excellent recommended.
My room is very clean and comfortable, and perfect location (short walk to BTS sky train - Chidlom & Ratchadamri). Many restaurants and shopping center around this area. I will return here again. Highly recommended.
The place is quite and clean. It has a gym and a swimming pool. The stuff are gentle and fully respected. Didn’t notice anything irritating or unpleasant.
It was a nice stay in this hotel, nice staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Quite quiet at night like for a city center hotel.
The hotel is very nice located in a good spot near the malls. I really loved the staff so friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel should focus more on cleanliness and the breakfast.
Roomy interior with a functional living area and small kitchen. Washing machine is an added bonus. Unfortunately aircon compressor was very noisy despite closing the windows. Breakfast was good with many choices.
Stayed 5 nights at Cape House and absolutely loved the service and rooms! Staff was welcoming and our room came with executive lounge access. As our room that we requested for was not ready (we arrived earlier than expected), they ushered us to the lounge to have pastries and drinks.
Front desk staff even came up to the lounge to bring us our room keys. Our bags were already in the room when we got in.
Room was spacious (we booked a 1br), clean and came with a complimentary bear.
Staff at the lobby is always smiling and willing to help whenever needed. We extended an extra night, and though we moved to the studio room, it was just as clean and spacious.
Hotel is near bts, 2 shopping malls and a few 7-11s. Food stalls are along the street in the afternoon and evenings. Absolutely loved my stay at Cape house. Will be back again:)
Let's start with the good:
- large rooms
- good location for BKK and close to BTS
- friendly staff
- clean
This hotel is very dated and, although the staff are lovely and the rooms huge, it's unlikely we would stay again.
The Bad:
- the pool, it's really small and the jacuzzi has no bubbles
- breakfast is really basic, the egg chef used oil that made the eggs taste odd.some of the Asian options we ok
- although we had the option of a free 3 course meal, the food was so average, we decided against it. Also, the staff couldn't really tell us what was included or how to order it.
Although we got a good deal on this hotel, at the other end of our stay we went to the Pullman Hotel G in Silom for the same price and the experience there was proper 5 star whereas I would say Cape House is a 3-low 4 star at best.
I am a regular customer at your restaurant. Tidy place, good maintenance, friendly staff, Even Manager came around ask about every details of food, service that made me happy to introduce my friends here. But sorry to say that all before not now, few days ago I went fir Breakfast service was not good, no eyes contact even just for cup of tea that I have to wait. The Manager whom concerned was busy walking here and there, I felt that I came to the wrong place where I always feel it’s a Home. After awhile I realized there were only few staff working which I really felt sympathy for them because of workload of them. I understood since Covid you may lay off the staff. I hope my previous time come back and the reason I come here just not for food but because a good attention and lovely caring customer by staff.
Near chidlom BTS. Opp 7 eleven and a massage parlor. Room was spacious and well maintained. Was given a complimentary bear upon arrival. Food at restaurant wasn't good. Else, everything's good. Will visit again.
Fantastic place to stay in Bangkok one of the best,
BUT the front desk accounting methods and explanation very shonky, check everything three times before paying.
Very well appointed rooms and convenient location. Helpful staff. The executive suite and business center offers amenities to include all day snacks and beverages
A great place to stay which is more like a serviced apartment that an hotel, apartment was spacious with an oven, washing machine a nice sized bathroom, bedroom and living area
breakfast had a nice variety of western and japanese options and the business centre had some nice sweet treats, tea and coffee options to pick from as well.
Overal a nice place to stay that seemed quiter than some of the other hotels in the area while it was priced a bit more than the other hotels in the area.
