Very good service! The lady who helped us in the office was very friendly and efficient, the tour to the floating market started and ended on time, we thought the times were well organized and distributed, and the transportation was comfortable and safe.
We did a tour with the shared van (floating market) and another with a private vehicle (Ayutthaya). I recommend the van more because the driver of the vehicle was very slow and the journey took longer than expected.

This was the 2nd time we have thoroughly enjoyed Mrs. Holland's proffesional, efficient, knowledgeble, friendly and personal serivces and attidude.

All we had do is tell Chan what we want and she get's it and starts doing her magic immediately.

For us, Chan had arranged a driver and a guide to Kanchanaburi and to Ampahwa + Long tail boat in Bangkok. The driver was excellent and the team were always on time, flexible and making everything they can to make sure we have the best time.

Definitely the best agency on KaoSan road! Chan Holland all booked tours to Erowan Falls, Ayuthaya and even a Chao Phraya cruise without prepayment. After Bangkok, we purchased a transfer to Koh Chang. In general, I recommend it!

Whilst struggling to organise onward travel following an organised tour, I stumbled upon Canary Travel (via Google). We had left things until the last minute and didn't realise that a public holiday was coming up.
Chan was fantastic! Initially, we communicated by email, with a variety of options and a clear explanation of what was possible. We then popped to the office to finalise plans and pay. Don't be put off by the setting, Chan was extremely professional.

Fast and reliable travel agency with very pleasing people. From Chen the travel agent to Kreung the Tour guide. We book our travel within 24 hrs before the tour date and we are able to modify the tour packages on our convenience and she recommended what tour would be good and cheap according to the route.
