They seem to microwave the burgers after they make them up and wrap them. A sign that you are being served old food reheated. Awful place but not much choice in Silom.
I had just gotten off bus from surin Prasat to be precise and blood test at chula hospotal so cos i gadnt eaten fasting gor bt i had a wopper set it was hot fresh and girgeous i enjoyed each mouthful

Service a bit slow. Food was fresh.e. G french fries.not those cold soggy ones. Place was clean. Saw almost 90% of the customers between 12.30 pm to 1.30pm.cleared their own table.prividing enough space for lunch crowd.
พนักงานกะดึกจะมีน้อยลงพอสมควร แต่ให้บริการดีครับ พนักงานรับออร์เดอร์ยังสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่คล่องมากนัก แต่ดีว่ามีการออเดอร์จากแอปลิเคชั่นมาทดแทน และมีคำแนะนำวิธีใช้ที่ชัดเจนดี
ลูกค้าที่นี่จะเป็นกลุ่มเฉพาะ เนื่องจากใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวกลางคืนย่านสีลม ผู้ชายเข้าไปแล้วอาจจะรู้สึกเขินๆบ้าง

เป็นร้านที่คนเยอะตลอด ทั้งคนไทย ชาวต่างชาติ จากหลายๆครั้งที่มาใช้บริการพบว่าพนักงานบริการดีครับ แต่จะมีบางช่วงที่คนไม่พอ ตอนนั้นก็อาจจะต้องรอนานหน่อย แต่โดยรวมถือว่าเป็นอีกสาขานึงที่ดีครับ

Good service, friendly people. Every now and then there is the odd doe-eyed rookie cashier who gets very nervous when foreigners walk in (because of the language barrier) but as soon as you speak Thai it's all smiles again. Managers and supervisor speak English. They do forget a piece of your large order sometimes (happened 3x with me) which is annoying, but otherwise nothing but good.

Avoid the chicken products! Didn't expect a burger king to be the place I'd most likely get food poisoning from on my trip! First chicken burger was pink and rubbery - still raw! Asked for a replacement, the second one was better but still looked a bit off in places. Couldn't bring myself to finish it.

Seems once have the name they don't care
Order something and pay for something else and when I got my meal it was sure not what I ordered but what I paid for which was not what I wanted to eat

Got what I wanted and sure didn't get back the difference which was more than a dollar and a half
Busy city like Bangkok Burger King is best place for fast foods. All international quality and requirements are well maintained and it's service and hospitality make us comes again and again
Just your average Burger King, but with some nice cozy tables. There's no toilet btw, just a sink to wash your hands!
It gets 4 stars just because I really like Thailand ahah

Quick service. Hot pie. The only place in Bangkok on Thanksgiving Day to get cranberry - in their cranberry apple pie. And 1/2 price = 19 baht $0.60
Wait " average " 10 minutes for burgers from BK that is called it self " fast food restaurant" is so brutal, long time ago I actually wait solid 20 minutes+ for Angus. What ever burgers.this is cannot acceptable. Try it yourself.
