This is one of the worst places to take the test. Staff are impolite and distract applicants by talking and making noises. They probably do it on purpose so that we can get lower scores and retake the exam. Very bad experience. I took test there more than once thinking they would improve the situation next time. The room shakes a lot and it was distracting. Not a good venue to take the test. I wouldn't recommend the place at all. Not professional.

Reception on the lower level and training rooms, offices and examination rooms on the higher floor. More disconcerting, the parking lot on the higher floors that made the rooms shudder, with several assurances that everything is fine from the personnel on duty. Facilities work, technology is up to date and exam security is polite but thorough.

I had an ielts exam in November 2022 and the experience was good. Not too crowded and well managed. Clean venue and kind staff.

The staffs at the front office are not friendly, especially the lady which I don't bother remember her name. I didn't the center should be more careful about selecting the staff. The cost of lessons here is not cheap so I expect more sincere welcome from them and not only before purchasing but all the way through the course.

เคยไปสอบA1ที่Landmark Hotel ผู้คุมสอบน่ารักมากประทับใจ แต่ที่ไม่ประทับใจคือพนักงานหน้าเค้าเตอร์ที่สาขาสยามสแคว์ นางเหวี่ยงและหน้าตาไม่รับแขกพูดจาไม่ค่อยดี เรื่องก็คือเราอยู่ตจว. พอสอบแล้วได้ผลสอบทางไปรษณีย์ แต่ที่ตัวcertificate ไม่มีประทับตราใดๆในช่อง เลย เราเลยโทรไปสอบถามทราบว่าเค้าลืม เราต้องนั่งรถไปกทม. เพื่อเอาใบcerไปให้เค้าเซนต์และประทับตรา เราไปตามเวลานัด พอถึงก็กดคิว ระหว่างรอคิวมีผู้ชายต่างชาติเดินแทรกคิวไปเฉย ไปนั่งหน้าเค้าเตอร์สอบถามข้อมูลเราก็งง และไม่พอใจขณะที่เราและคนที่รอคิวอื่นรอคิวแต่ทำไมพนักงานถึงให้บริการคนที่ไม่กดคิวก่อน เราจึงมองหน้ากัน ด้วยความไม่เข้าใจ พนักงานก็คงรู้แต่ทำเป็นไม่ใส่ใจ ให้บริการแขกต่างชาติจนเสร็จ พอมาถึงคิวเรา เราเข้าไปนั่ง แล้วแจ้งเรื่องที่เราต้องการ นางทำหน้าเฉยๆไม่รับรู้ ไม่ถามอะไร แค่พูดว่า เอกสาร… จากนั่น เราให้เอกสารไป นางก็บอกว่า วันนี้ไม่ได้ เดี๋ยวถ้าเสร็จจะส่งไปรษณีย์ไปให้ เราเลยบอกว่า ไม่เอาเพราะเราอยากเช็คด้วยตัวเองถ้ามารับเองพรุ่งนี้ได้ไหม นางตอบแบบเหวี่ยงๆว่าได้ แต่ต้องบ่ายไปแล้ว เราก็โอเค นางทำหน้าทำเสียงเหมือนเป็นความผิดเรา เราจ่ายค่าสอบไป150 ปอนด์ ส่งเอกสารที่ผิดพลาดไปให้เรา เรายังต้องนั่งรถจากตจว. มาขอแก้ไขด้วยตัวเองแถมพอมาถึงพนักงานบริการเหมือนเป็นความผิดพลาดเราอย่างนั้นแหละ จะจำไปตลอดเลย

Staff น่ารักมากค่าบอกตลอดว่าต่อไปทำไรเข้าแถวตรงไหน ส่วนตัวสอบกับคอมก็ได้ยินเสียงชัดไม่มีปัญหาค่า

I took the BC computer-based test in March and I experienced an excellent service. Also, the examiner is very polite and friendly!

SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! When took the IELTS test at BC.
Start with registration, chose the test date (website-easy to use), on test date, get the result, through request the enquiry on result (remark-if you need) : staffs are so nice to give me some advised and clearly answered about my concern.

สอบ IELTS ของ BRITISH COUNCIL ระบบดีมากค่ะ เทียบกับอื่นๆ staff ให้คำแนะนำดีมาก ตลอดก่อนการสอบและหลังการสอบ ติดต่อง่ายมากๆ

The exam went very smoothly. There weren't any technical glitches. The staff were very supportive allowing me to go grab something to eat while waiting for the interview as well as letting me leave my belongings with them during the interview. Their kindness really helped me deal with the jitters after staying away from the IELTS exam for over a decade.

I contact exam department today about my result has been lost and staff provide me all information and help. It is much very helpful and they work very professional.

Good effort & service during covid-19 outbreaks. Able to give any advice and operation to tackle to problem.

ไปสอบ2รอบค่ะ พี่ๆน่ารักมากค่ะ มีคุณภาพมากเลย อุปกรณ์ในการสอบก็ถือว่าโอเครมากๆค่ะ อยากให้คงคุณภาพการสอบแบบนี้ไว้ค่ะ

พี่ๆ พนักงานหน้าเคาน์เตอร์เฟรนลี่และให้คำแนะนำดีมากค่ะ พร้อมตอบทุกคำถามทุกครั้งที่ไปติดต่อ การเรียนการสอนของที่นี่ก็ทำให้รู้สึกว่ากล้าพูดภาษาอังกฤษมากขึ้นด้วย นอกจากนี้ในระบบยังมีการประเมินผู้เรียนเป็นระยะ จากครูพร้อมคำแนะนำ ทำให้เรารู้ว่าควรพัฒนาตรงไหนเพิ่มค่ะ

ที่ 12/4 ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ก็ไม่ได้

โทรไปสอบถามข้อมูล ตอบเเบบให้ไปเช็คในเว็บเอง ควรปรับปรุงการให้บริการ การพูด คนรับโทรศัพท์ด้วย เสียความรู้สึก

พนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์พูดจาแย่มาก คือคนไม่รู้ถามเพราะไม่รู้แต่นี่คือมีการตอบกลับเราก็ไม่รู้เหมือนกัน คือคำพูด สีหน้า ท่าทางคุณคือไม่มี service mind ที่ดีเลย แย่สุดๆ
