Breeze

Having spent a lifetime in the hospitality industry as a developer and owner, I cannot quite figure out this concept. The Sirocco bar on the 64th floor offers spectacular views of Bangkok and It’s worth every penny even if the charge € 33 for a glass of wine.
We had booked a table at Breeze located on the 52nd floor, and again the views of the city and the river are breathtaking. The menu is limited but adequate and prices were as expected. The food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Beverage prices are, however, totally outrages. An ordinary bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand at €150! Give me a break…Other wines: €200 to €300.
I fully understand that a venue like this have to have high prices to cover their, undoubtedly, high overheads.
Breeze had very few guests and lots of empty tables so maybe it’s time to change the concept altogether? Here is my suggestions:
Introduce a cover charge for anyone visiting the Sirocco Bar on the 64th (not applicable to restaurant guests with a reservation). Reduce the prices of beverages in bars and restaurants to a more acceptable level. This will bring you more business and happy customers and eliminate the sightseers who spend no money.

The views and workers are very nice but the prices are extremely high! It is true that you don’t pay to go up but one beer is 20 euros…

We were there to celebrate my birthday in March. For the price (over 200 USD for the tasting menu and a water), I expected nothing short of top quality. The service was decent, albeit not the ideal standard. But the food, it was a problem. Most of the dishes were good, but not great. The fish was off, never had I sent a dish back at a restaurant of this price until I went to Breeze. It’s overpriced for the quality and there’s a reason it has no Michelin stars, it’s just not that great. The best part was the view, which was beautiful.

It may go without stating that when you come here, you are paying for the view. And the view is phenomenal. The food itself was okay, but it is not something I felt compelled to write about or make note of to order again. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which should definitely be noted, as it made our experience comfortable and relaxing, particularly as we took a breather between courses.

Sum up: If you like to pay WAY EXTRA for the view, this restaurant is just right for you.
5 courses meal.
First dish: Sliced whelk, had two whole black peppercorns in it, since the environment is very dark so accidentally bit on one of the peppercorn, gross.
Second dish: prawn. Okay.
Third dish: Fish, had a fishy and unfresh aftertaste which stays on the tongue for very long.
Fourth dish: CANNOT believe they serve beef meatloaf! Unbelievable.speechless.
Last dish: Dessert, soso.
Add on: Had a severe diarrhea roughly two hours after the dinner.

View were great, service was excellent, the Beef Tenderloin Wagyu and Foie Gras was incredible. Prices were as expected for atmosphere and food.

The view is nice, but the staff is unprofessional. Book appt at 8: 30pm, kept changing my timing. I arrived at 7: 30pm. They said my seat is not ready. Can wait at the bar, they are preparing my balcony seat. When they said my seat is ready, they brought me over, it is not a balcony seat. And there was not much ppl there. They said cuz I came early so my balcony seat need to wait until 9: 30pm. So they served the 5 courses meal first. My friend saw other tables of customers who came late than us move in to the balcony seat. My friend asked for the timing when we can move in. The manager said we are in second priority. We have to wait until 9: 30pm. Her attitude is quite bad. Doesn’t feel like is trained by 5 start restaurant. Kept arguing with us. After 9: 30pm. We still don’t have balcony seat.
The food is so so, not fresh. One person charged for $6500baht. It’s totally not worth it! Those 5star restaurants will try to replace your food allergy. But this Breeze just take out the one. So your meal get lesser total not recommended this fake 5 star restaurant!

The view is amazing, however the price is just absurd. We ordered 3 side dishes (fried rice, duck spring rolls and veg dumplings) as we were not hungry, 1 dessert (hibiscus cheese cake), 1 beer and 1 juice and it was 5000B ~ €150. Coming from an expensive city like Amsterdam, this price for side dishes was just absurd. From all of those, 2 were good, the rest we could easily get in a cheaper place. We were also all the time interrupted by the staff, which we felt was too much. I hardly give bad reviews, unfortunately we really regretted to come here.

Best dining experience in my life for views of the city and exterior settings but the food was notcfantastic. We paid 13,000 baht for 2 adults and 2 kids but we went home hungry. It was just decorated nice on the plate. I've been to many fine dining and didnt mind paying the price because the food tasted devine. The night before we went to the Hyatt Regency Market Place and it only cost 5,600 baht and the food was way better. Needs better food not just views of the city.

Definitely not somewhere you would regularly visit given the price but is a great place for a special occasion or visiting from out of town. Stunning views of the city. Food was also good.

The view was outrageous, the prices were outrageous and the food was mediocre at best. Come to the neighboring bar (lebua No. 3) for the view, but don't waste your time at this restaurant. USD60 for one glass of champagne. Champagne was good, but really. At some point you're just some rich fu#%er throwing your money away. It's great some people are willing to do this, but i don't want to be one of them.

We were there in February 2019, and had an amazing experience. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and made us feel so special ️

Overpriced Menue. Bid Gourmond Quality but charging like a 3 Star Michelin Restaurant.
Service was nice and view as well but 1100€ for 2 Courses dir 4 persons and 3 children is not what you expect. 500€ would be fair value for what we ate and drank.

I used to LOVE going here. Unfortunately they have changed the menu last time I was there and they don’t care about the dress code anymore. Too bad, as the restaurant Used to be a very beautiful place. They even deleted their signature cocktail (Experimental) from the menu last year. Too sad, this place used to be so great.

Food average at best and seriously overpriced, drinks outrageously overpriced - come just for vistas

Clearly a lot of the review for Breeze are by their staff. This has got to be the worst dining experience I have had, bar none. Like the reviewer said below you will be sheparded to a totally eye watering den to pay for the worst champagne you'll ever taste. The staff are happy to lie to your face directly and tell you the other bars are closed to get you there. We had been given vouchers for dinner which the waiter said could only be used for dinks at the skybar but this was closed. Only after pressing him did we actually get them to accept it at the restaurant. There is absolutely no indulgence for your money so be ware if you are taking people here to impress. The have decided that they'll leverage the amazing views and create a truely one in a life time experience that no one will possibly want to experience again. I'm surprised there isn't someone regulating this. Shocking experience. Won't be surprised if the reviews below where not bought.

It was very expensive here and it was not worth it because the dinner was very disgusting but a big thank you to the service they saw and acceptet that we didnt liked anything of the meal and we did give it back and as apologize they gave us champagne but we payed a lot of money for one meal (that we liked, it was ok) and 2 drinks and that was not okay! I Think people who like panasia and ate it often times would like it but for other persons is this no good place to eat.
