5Honestly, I thought this flagship will have more stuff than another store but it doesn't. Only few color for the bag I'm looking for and the staff isn't knowledgeable enough. He told me they only have the what they have and it is ONLY. I believed him at the beginning but found out later when I went to another location they aren't only have ONLY like the flagship store said.

Extremely unwelcoming & incompetent service by store staff & manager Ning. I was recommended by my pal to go to their store at Central Embassy. I had never heard of this brand but she said the workmanship was good. By chance, just before setting off, while passing by Gaysorn, I saw they had a store there and wanted to take a photo of the store to show my friend and direct her there. The sales staff came up and were unwelcoming and said they did not allow photography, despite the fact that I explained I wanted to direct my pal there. I asked to see the manager Ning who parroted the same. Never once did any one welcome me to the store, or introduce me to the products. I walked out. No need for me to see or know anything more or this brand when service levels are so poor.
