BOUNCE Thailand (The EmQuartier) reviews
22 1. There is no changing room. Changing clothes in a dirty toilet is terrible. It would be possible to put lockers near the storage rooms so that you can’t see from the aisle and you can change clothes there.
2. Staff jumping around in sneakers, the same sneakers they wear to the toilet. Then they jump onto the big air bag in the same sneakers, where you and your children land face-first. This is very unhygienic and generally very bad that the staff is allowed to do this.
3. In all photos and videos people are jumping in sneakers! But you are forced to buy useless socks that are not needed anywhere, including professional acrobatics. I have always jumped on professional trampolines wearing regular socks. Just a scam for money. Although the socks are not bad, overall.
4. The price is high. It's not that it's super expensive, but I would go more often if it was cheaper. Multi visit pass is useless because I jump for 2 hours and at 490 baht per session for 2 hours it comes out even cheaper than 2800 for 10 sessions.
My main complaint is point 2. Staff should not wear sneakers on trampolines. I will gladly change the rating if I no longer see staff on the trampolines in sneakers. I will also be happy to raise the score when it becomes possible to change clothes in something other than a dirty toilet.
Thank you Nat and Doughnut! These lovely, energetic staff played with my 7yr old boy for almost the whole time we were there. He had so much fun he didn’t want to leave and kept saying ‘I can’t wait to go back’ he’s still asking when we can go back. Thank you. You’ve made our day. He’s nice and tired now
Bounce has always been a great place for condo life kids to burn off energy. Staff friendly and always very strict and on the ball when it comes to enforcing safety.
This visit unfortunately may be our last as staff completely disinterested in supervising the children and enforcing safe play. Multiple kids of all sizes jumping into the giant cushions one after another the whole session.shocked there were not injuries.serious concussions and worse just waiting to happen. Staff just standing there just staring into space.
Reported this to front desk and nothing was done despite confirming the safety proticol was one jumper at a time until clear. Rude, obnoxious staff too busy policing the ridiculous sock policy (bounce only - apparently they are safer!) and completely neglecting the safety of their young customers.
Play at your child's own risk - sad to see this attitude at a place that had previously won my trust and that my kids have been enjoying for many years
Fun but too expensive for what it is. Also the socks rule is a ripoff, just making money here.
Good place for a few hours of fun.
Minus 2 stars for the "only BOUNCE approved grip socks policy" obviously only to force people to buy their own branded socks. I'm very curious to know which international standard they use to certify whether or not a grip socks (from let's say Decathlon) meet their quality criteria.
Not a big deal but for a place that already charges 1400 thb for 2 adults and a child per hour, seems a bit unnecessary.
Nice Trampoline space. Kids have a lot of fun. Big downside is the ridicolous time system. You need to be coming at every full hour. If you 10 min late you only have 50 min or wait till the next hour. Or like us we were 15 min late so we go in with kids. Friends came 30 min late so at the end the kids don't get to play together. All because the ownerships seems to don't want to invest into an Electronic System as all other places. With the heavy traffic in Bangkok this System is not ideal.
Abusive conditions (socks, privacy). Not funny at all. You can skip on that one to avoid waste of time and money.
First visit with children.
Since I checked the price and operation method in advance,
and there are already many reviews about cost and buying socks etc, so I won't mention that.
The interior is spacious, cool, and clean.
Staff are skilled and friendly.
Parents can play with the children or spend a relaxing time sitting in the cafe.
One thing I would like to say is that the first time the children visit, they look more tired than expected, so I recommend letting them play for about an hour first.
After playing I asked if you would like to visit again, and they said yes, sometimes.:)
I recommend a visit krup.
Expensive. Also has a weird schedule, and you cannot come and get full time unless wait for new hour to start. Otherwise a fun place for kids.
Great option for kids to have some inside-fun.
They charge the parents a much higher price to be inside the jump area to keep our youngest kids safe and play. Not every kid can or wants to jump independently without their parents. (But this is because we are used to more flexible rules from home where it’s a lower price or free for parents)
The only complaint I have is that the person responsible for the food in the sitting area kept coughing in his hand. This made us choose not to buy any food or drinks. Not hygienic.
And when our kids already had slippery-free socks we still needed to buy their overpriced socks. Include it in the price if it’s a requirement. A bit greedy.
Bounce in Bangkok!
Just go and Enjoy with your kids!
My teen ager first child initially was very reluctant to go to the place with her 6 year old sister, but what a reversal! Once joining the BOUNCE, she was far more enthusiastic than her younger sister in totally enjoying!
Amazing, 370 baht is good price as you will get 1 hour of jumping wherever you want, remember to bring grip socks or you have to buy it. Jumping was fun, couldn’t be better, and I think this place is amazing. Overall, if we come back to Thailand I will come back.
Put your children here when you shopping. Or just be there and let them have some fun. Garantie they sleep well at night.
Excellent facility & equipment. There is no alternative if you want to jump in BKK so its expensive and they treat customers as though there will never be another option.
The bouncing experience was good and staffs were extremely friendly and helpful even though their English not very fluent. But I still have to warn that a wrong move and risky plays could literally make you a disabled. A dangerous sport. Reduced a star because the sport itself is a dangerous one. The facility and staffs are excellent.
It is a great concept however there is a lot of traffic to access the place, also it is not very friendly and lockers are very old.
Plan to take my 1.5yrs old baby but above 3yrs kid only allowed to go inside so lil disappointment
Exciting indoor playground to visit for kids And well as for adults. Theres a lots of fun.
They have a foot massage place inside for parents. Let your kids wear themselves out while you get a massage. Thank me later.
Edit: they've gotten rid of the massage place
Good for kids to spend fun time… 390B for an hour… they have snack bar service drinks n snacks.if you like free jumping and to keep kids away from screen time this is a good place to visit on level 4 EmQuartiet
