Boss Mansion

My family of 4 stayed in this room and it was much bigger than other rooms we have stayed at in bangkok.there was a separate dining area, living room, and even a kitchenette which we found useful in reheating meals.we stayed here for 3 nights, but the room was definitely suitable for longer stays of month and more.there were 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.our rooms were at the back of the property overlooking the garden so noise wasnt an issue

The stay was absolutely wonderful.rooms were comfortable, clean and huge!
I loved the separation of living room and bedroom.the bed was big.although the building is old the rooms were new.they even had USB outlets. Would definitely go back!

Pretty okay looking. Big downside: they charge you for every single thing, that is normally free anywhere else. WiFi is 700 baht per month tho should be free, especially considering speed (10mb/s). Cleaning is 500 baht. Glad they didn’t charge me for wiping my a$$

People are nice, the price is low, the rooms are good, everything is in renovation so it's obviously not perfect, but that's why the price is low.

Pros; Location was great (for us), Loved the view of the bangkok skyline, reception ladies were absolutely delightful always and super helpful and kind, friendly and very professional staff as well, budget hotel with a great price point.

Cons; Our mattress had a big ol' pee stain that just bothered my soul! Sometimes sheets were so old and torn, room was a little dark (though manageable). Having to get a new wifi code (voucher) daily was inconvenient plus wasn't strong and dipped out alot. One of the staff at the Thai food restaurant downstairs was just incredibly rude so didn't bother to eat there. (good thing we didn't need to), Lift is quite old and scary (wires sticking out always had me worried), AC unit is incredibly loud, not too clean just fair.

Certainly not a 5 star facility. But has everything you may require. Pool, Gym etc. Very centrally located, friendly and helpfull staff.

Useless and waste of money for the price.
No amenities, poor lift conditions, reception in pathetic state, restaurant staff totally blunt and cannot even respond to customers.
Upgradation very much needed with good facilities to attract foreign people.

Good Clean Hotel, older style but still nice and clean.

It has a nice balcony room’s over looking Bangkok skyline is beautiful at night time. Also good if you are a smoker

There is a restaurant down stairs and many local food places in the area.
7/11 and family mart around the corner.

Staff all very nice and helpful.

Room nice and big size to spread out.
Nice cheep stay in good area

The wifi was not great, it’s one of those ones you have to enter a code. It was dripping in and out a wee bit.

My biggest complaint was the bed was rock hard for me and the 4 pillow’s old and lumpy?

Stayed here for a total of 3 nights before a business trip and wish I had extended my stay! Definitely my new go to spot in Bangkok. Great rates and service, clean and comfortable rooms and well connected to nearby transport connections and amenities. Very easy to walk or get a motosai to Ekkamai BTS or hail a cab on Rama IV. I used the coin laundry on Soi 42 and got a haircut while my wash was being done. There is also a famous dispensary nearby if thats your kind of thing. The staff were very friendly and the outdoor pool and restaurant in the lobby was a much appreciated bonus.

Weird smell all over the hotel. Room and furniture is old. And beds are moving around! Awful experience

Cheap, old, sufficient, nice helping staff. Showers are hot, rooms are old but clean and the bed is good

Very central location with lots of places to go, ear, drink.

Free parking for guests.

Roach motel! Do not stay here! The mattress on the bed was hard, and there were roaches in my room everyday I was there. I could only take 3 days of that level of torture before I had to switch to another hotel. The worst part was when I had 5 roaches crawling on my bed.

Moved here after searching for a more convenient location. Many eateries and restaurants. Within walking distance to Ekamai BTS and Gateway Mall. There’s even a Thai Restaurant located on the ground floor.

Staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommend The Boss Mansion Residence for short term or long term stay.

Old and in bed of some TLC, this hotel has seen a better day. Rooms are dark and furnished with no inspiration, staff is not very inspired either. Area doesn't have much to offer and with everyone else dropping their prices it is hard to find a reason to stay here

Not ideally located. Everything is unimpressive about this hotel. It was cheap. You’ll need to walk 15-20 minutes to get to the sky train or anything.

ห้องพักโดยรวมดี พนักงานบริการดีมาก สุภาพ เป็นกันเอง แต่ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องการทำความสะอาดพื้นห้องก่อนแขกเข้าพัก แต่โดยรวมชอบมากค่ะ

Very good hotel, staff is supportive and helping, location is also good.had a wonderful experience here. Kudos to them!

Although we felt like we were rattling around this cavernous place we quite enjoyed our stay here.

A little rough around the edges the rooms could do with some modern fittings and a lick of paint.

The head receptionist, Kanlaya was an absolute joy and ensured a speedy check-in and was the consummate professional at all times.
