9Bad customer service especially the cashier Nipada P. Very rude. Please train her again and teach her good manners and a proper way to talk with customers.
One of the lady staff was quite rude and was almost shouting while replying. The selection is also quite limited.
It’s not a very big Boots. We couldn’t get most of stuff here. They didn’t have the ele mask, No7 makeup remover oil or ‘ice cream’ mask, many mestine brand products (foundation, powder, etc.), Aqua sunscreen, banana boat sun spray.
Don’t waste your time if you can get to other Boots.
They have malevolently removed all their water supplies, despite being the only off-the-shelf water in a km or so.
Good selection of beauty and pharmacy stuff. The staff are very helpful. Shelves are very organized.

The shop is not too big but still have many things to buy. Sometimes you can get promotion price for certain stuff. But you might get lower price for some stuff at Big C
Good service, large selection of medications, supplements, and various health products. Good location, unless going by car, which seems to often in gridlock. Recommend using the BTS, or walking the last 1 km.
I went in December 2016.
I went in for Amoxicillin which is easy to buy in Thailand but harder to get in England without a prescription.
So in just a few mins I had a couple of boxes. Handy to keep at home.
