This was my last day of my 8 day tour of Bangkok. Just went to buy few items at around 2130. The staff was rude and insensitive to customer needs. Unable to read and understand Thai, I asked prices of few items before buying. The girl at counter had cheeks to ask me why I am checking prices. I had to tell her that I am a tourist. Still she had attitude and casual behaviour. Before this one staff member was laughing behind our back when my wife wanted some information. It seems these girls have been randomly picked up from street nearby and are in dire need of some schooling and grooming. Poor show “Boots”
Excellent store with good prices. Boots products brand are excellent.
I called in December 2016 in need of some running repairs!
I had just had a tumble on my scooter so needed to patch myself up.
I saw a helpful staff member and came away with the supplies needed in no time.
