Very.poor services on services @Millenium rama4 for the services appointment and have to wait for more than 2 hours.

Can't understand how mgmt managed this thing. So stupid.

Does not even deserve one star rating at all. Read through to know why and decide on your own if you wish to bind yourself with BMW Thailand.

Call centre never respond to your queries. You have to leave your phone number so that they can contact you when they get an update. It's a lottery if you can hear from them within a week else pray to God that they have a proper service mind.

Unfortunately, most of the time, they forget about you and you have to do check up calls every week until you get your car back. My first repair took 3-4 weeks (right passenger door was bumped and need replaced), in addition the car came back with another problem, (squishy) sound under the centre console, and yet they are not at fault. 2nd repair, to refix the same door because water was going inside during the heavy raining season and to fix the squishy sound, that's more than 5 weeks now.

They send out a repair quotation to us on 22nd and it was dated on 17th. So it took them 5 days to send us the quotation. I don't know who they are trying to impressed with all these slowness and negative vibes they are putting out.

To sell you a car, they can call you 100 times a day until you buy the car.

To service your car, you can call them 100 times a day until you get an answer/update on the repair.

Once of their engineer told my wife that it will take them more than a week to remove the carpet, clean, dry and put back (they think people are easy to fool since we rely on them to fix the car and that we lack common sense or whatever sense they think they have on top of the norms.

I have owned Toyota, Peugeot, and Honda. I didn't have to chase the dealers for an update on servicing or repairs. They care more than BMW people.

In short, stay away from BMW Thailand. Once you buy their car, they have forgotten that you are their customer and they should service you properly.

BMW Thailand (Whatever the dealership is) = are not customer oriented / service oriented.

In fact, if they have service level agreements or service level objectives, they'd burn them to the ground, let alone any standards they are following.

My 2 pence: Beware to new customers, happiness to own a BMW only last until your car needs proper servicing, more headaches to come after that!

I needed to replace a Choke Air suspension for the rear right Series 7 and will cost me at least 95,000 baht just for the spare part. The dealers said that they have to buy this spare part from BMW Thailand and takes 3 days only. 2 dealers said I have to be a member of their club to get a 10% off and the process takes at least 1 month! OMG. Car repairs are sometimes urgent to prevent further damages but an International Luxury car takes a month to process an application which requires just my ID papers and the Car Registration certificate. Not to mention that the lengthy processing time are the result of hundreds of BMW car buyers and applications a day? (if they are selling hundreds or even thousands of cars a day) Even other companies and brands with much more customer applications don't need such a long time to get the member card approved!

Called the Call center and asked if there is any solution to hasten this process but after checking internally, the answer was to have me quickly applied it since spare parts take time. I replied that the Spare Part I wanted takes only 3 days to receive it from BMW Thailand. I even asked whether if they could use the application form no to process my discount and they answer was no. I asked them what they could do to solve this problem and they said just apply and tell the dealer to call BMW Thailand to rush it!

Also, I called BMW Thailand from 1145 am - 12 noon and wanted to speak to a staff in the main office and not the Call Center and it put me on hold several times for more than 5-8 mins with no response!

รถดีครับ แต่หลังบ้านเรียกได้ว่าห่วย แอดมินตอบเมลล์ช้า ได้รับข้อมูลขาดตกบกพร่อง ต้องแก้ไขสองสามรอบก็หมดวันไม่ต้องทำอะไรกันพอดี คอลเซ็นเตอร์ก็อยากจะพูดให้ข้อมูลลูค้าเหลือเกินของบางอย่างไม่ต้องรีบครับ รับคำถามให้ครบก่อนค่อยตอบ ไม่ต้องรีบพูดแทรกเวลาลูกค้ากำลังพูด ไม่มีมารยาทนะครับ

I have gotten a very bad experience with customer service from BMW dealership recently. They are not professional at all. They pretend that they know everything!

As expected, the receptionists will give you a warm welcome but the employees inside will delay things a lot. All i did ask was to what documents do we need to take the vehicle out of the border, and that mail hasn't reached yet. Although they were very convincing on the phone and took mobile and email but nothing so far.

These things make you think whether or not you want to purchase their stuff in the future again.

Plenty of parking for bikers. With stamp and hour free and without it is 40 baht an hour.

พนักงานงี่เง่า ระบบการติดต่อห่วยยิ่งกว่าร้านขายของชำทั่วไป รอสายนานเป็นชั่วโมงเพื่อมาฟังคนพูดเป็นหุ่นยนต์ ไม่เคยฟังลูกค้า บอกว่าใก้ฝากเบอร์โทรกลับ หลายวันผ่านไปก็ไม่โทร ปิดส่วนบริการนี้ไปดีกว่ามั้ยคะ

เช็คยอดปิด ตั้งแต่ เที่ยง จนจะบ่าย3 ยังไม่ติดต่อกลับ ไปเช็คที่ดาวอังคารหรอครับ จะทำงานต่อก็ไม่ได้ ลค. จะไปทำธุระก็ไม่ได้ เสียเวลา เสียความรู้สึกมากครับ

วันนี้โทรเช็คปิดยอด. ว่าคงเหลือเท่าไหร่ ตอนบ่าย 2กว่าๆ. จนป่านนี้19.10 (ยังไม่มีการโทรกลับมาใดๆ)
ทั้งๆที่แจ้งลูกค้าว่า จะโทรกลับ. คืออะไรค่ะ. ผ่อนรถกะไฟแนนซ์บีเอ็มลิซซิ่ง เช็คอะไรไม่ได้เลยเหรอค่ะ

จะขายรถก็ไม่ต้องขาย งั้นเหรอค่ะ. ทำงานอะไรค่ะ
ไม่ดูแลลูกค้าเลย. นี่คือบริการหลังการขายที่แย่มากๆ
