I recently visited with my G310 and was impressed with their exceptional service. The manager showed remarkable attentiveness. All my concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. They resolve my issue, also, performed warranty service with utmost efficiency and expertise. My experience was nothing short of excellent! Thank you very much! I will come again.

They provide the best service out of anywhere else that I have ever been for any brand of motorcycle. All the staff are knowledgeable, super friendly and have a great service mind. I have been going there constantly for maintenance for more than six years and will keep taking my bike here. When that day comes, I will also purchase my new BMW motorbike with BKK.

From buying a GS from America by telephone and Line last year to a years worth of service and even joining a group ride to Laos with the shop staff and customers I can say with confidence that this is a first rate shop. The owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for the ultimate riding machine this is an excellent place to check out.

I have no photo because I go check new f900xr but even in public holiday they open the place to help. So very thankful for all stuff.

The dealer provides the full-services in the level of outstanding, starting from making an appointment until following up on results after services. Morever, giving helpful advice makes us clearly understand with the direct answer.

All the way from chiang rai to malaysia. Stop at 2 workshop cannot fix my rear brake. (No brake at all). Meet this 2 nices guy at bmw bangkok. My k1600 rear brake fixed. Now at malaysia its still working wonderfull. Thanks BMW BKK. Cost me only thb6+

Update: I would give a minus-star if it is possible. My front and rear turning signal are dissociated. This is a dangerous issue and i could contact anyone.

Reconsider if you are planning to go to this dealer.

This is where i bought bike from and their service has been a change of graph. They take good care of everything and notify you about defaults, if there is any.

What i really liked was them telling me about the oil leakage and a part needed to be replaced. Everytime i give the bike for service, it comes just as brand new. You feel the throttle, clutch, and the gear very crisp (sorry m out of words).

The only nitpick is that, there response is a bit slow. There is no follow up whether the part has arrived or being replaced. My request to every showroom is that please clean the seat and the leg space (plastic) so the oil & grease don't get on to your pants.

There is one lady who takes care of the coffee section. She is very loveable. Love chatting with her and wait for the thai sugar drink she gets.

If you are not a regular that know the owner well then I would suggest to go with other place like German Auto. Professionalism and service are much more standardized.

5 stars are so rare.i love this place and specially Kevin. He is the most descent, humble yet professional guy you will ever see. I blindly trust him and go with his recommendations.

This is tye only BMW where they thoroughly check your bike and give feedback. Love this place.

This place is in my favourites. I am glad i met Dear Kevin. We all just love him. Very humble and his explanation is clear enough for you decide what you should do next. He was the one to help me with my first purchase and i never regretted that till today.

There is also one person in cash department (manager) and even she is one very generous person. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime who would want to buy bmw bikes. The only reason i visit here is Kevin.

Great service, I bought my F800GS with them and I always had a good experience.
Friendly staff and always willing to support you with any doubt or paper you might need to travel abroad or shops to get good gear. Specially useful for foreigners like me that are not familiar with the Thai regulations and cannot speak Thai language.
The only point to improve, not many accessories or gear to look at, most of the stuff is order to Germany and takes 1 month to arrive.

Love the bikes. Service is done correctly. But I'd appreciate better reception and maybe a few friendly words when I'm in the showroom waiting for bike service. They completely ignore me. Maybe cos they are shy to speak English?
