Bitterman - Siam Paragon

I had the bolognese pasta. I always ask to double the pasta so I can share it with my child. The sauce has a rich range of Italian seasoning. The bolognese pasta is cheap for the quality compared to what you would pay in an Italian restaurant.

I visited for lunch yesterday, and even though I paid with QR payment, I had a person stand for close to 30 minutes saying that the payment was not made. In the end, they said that the payment was not confirmed in their system, and even though the money had already been withdrawn from my account, I was not provided with food. Then, I asked the bank for a refund and to give me my contact information, so I informed them and returned. When I inquired with the bank, the payment was normal, and they ask me to send proof that the payment was not made in order to get a refund. How on earth can I prove this? I don't know why they took my phone number when they wouldn't contact me until now. I don't know if you will see this post, but please contact me. Money is not the problem, I am very dissatisfied with this service, so I really want a refund.

We wanted a Italian experience and we were disappointed. There's smoked meat in the lasagna, that completely overpowers the dish (and not mentioned in the menu). Not authentic at all.
The portions were rather small as well.
Service was great however!

Food was good but staff weren't trained. They look so cranky and not happy to serve customer

Wonderful Italian food in Siam Paragon. The Lasagne was the best I have had in Bangkok. Highly recommend.
