Biscotti reviews
35 Chef attitude, food, atmosphere, couldn't believe this place provides such a horrible experience.
No wonder it only WAS in Michelin Guide.
There are many fine Italian restaurants in Bkk, you can skip this one.
Eye watering prices for Bangkok and they add 10% service charge and the 7% VAT is also not included in the price.
My pasta was a little salty for my liking
The coffee was really good though.
The Wagyu carpaccio with egg yolk was a melt-in-the-mouth experience, highly recommended! The truffle mushroom pasta paired wonderfully with their selection of red wines by the glass, particularly the Chianti and Amarone. The sommelier knows their wine. Recommend to order the tiramisu - nice way to end the dinner.
It’s a 3/5, I might have given it a 1.5 or 2/5 if I had to pay full price.
Nice place but nothing like an Italian restaurant. Below average food seems more like Thai food. Pasta overcooked and separated from the sauce. However, there are restaurants with lower prices with the same quality, perhaps even higher ones.
I was at Biscotti in Bangkok a this afternoon and had an amusing encounter. I asked my hotel receptionist to make a reservation and let them know I'd be there in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived, the lady at Biscotti insisted she hadn't received the call, but my name magically appeared on her reservation screen. After some back and forth, she agreed to let me in but said I couldn't order the set menu because the kitchen was "closed. " Confused, her colleague intervened, showed me the menu, and led me to my table. I managed to order the set menu, complete with a delightful all-you-can-eat antipasti. However, the main course, a risotto, was just okay—nothing to write home about. All in all, I spent around 1500 baht and won't be rushing back, especially if it involves dealing with the receptionist again.
I’ve been here multiple times and I will say it’s a hit or miss. Really depends on what you order. I would highly recommend trying their focaccia and avoid the charcuterie board. Their service is great though.
Lobster dish was awesome, specially the bbq red sauce. Pizza was of the hook, really recommended. The scallops was disappointing 3 little under size piece and very hard begs.
Recently renovated but the food remains the same Three-course lunch menu is good value with all you can eat antipasti, main course, and dessert.
Its a very nice restaurant to be in, amazing atmosphere and a very nice and friendly waiters, we got the 6-Course and it was amazing, the food was very tasty, and every dish was little piece of art, and the selected wine, was perfect for the dishes, definitely worth a visit
One of he best authentic carbonara which are using Guanciale plus pecorino cheese and 24 months parmesan cheese.
Pastas were so so. Salads were very bland and had no dressing or flavor. Disappointing for the price. Many other Italian restaurants near by that are have way better food. Service and vibe are good.
Gosh everyone here is so lovely but for the price to satisfaction ratio, I have to give it a womp. There’s too many good Italian restaurants in Thailand now that this would be a viable option. Also they made the Aglio e olio with chilli powder instead of real chilli I’m pretty sure which is criminal.
Had vegetarian options, arrabiatta pasta & focaccia but both were even come close to authentic italian cuisine
They have just changed the chef, food was super slow and worse than before. Price is very expensive, please stay away from this place.
We’ve been coming here for years, the chef’s changed, so have the managers, as has the menu. Luckily all is for the better every time. The beef cheek is a real treat, as is the panna cotta. One of the best Italian restaurants in Bangkok.
Impeccable Italian food and superb service. My favorite is focaccia with mascarpone (must order!). You can also choose a table (for two) by the window with view of koi pond. Very relaxing weekend brunch. The price is on the high side but totally worth it
One of the best Italian restaurants.
The place is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful and professional.
The truffle taste is authentic in the pizza and pasta when it is the season.
Portions are good.
I visited this place many many times and I never been disappointed.
Express Lunch with exceptional dishes.
For all-you-can-eat, The pizza was so great.
For the course, chicken surprisingly succulent and tender. Also the lemon source in fish dish.
The sweet, panna cotta was so good, creamy & smooth texture.
