I got the wrong size although I really insisted on the size I needed for my passport (32 mm x 26 mm). Waste of time and money.

I get my photos for official documents done here, the staff is friendly, and my phone was dying from an exhausting wait at the k Bank down the way, and they helped me get it charged back up, real life savers

Very knowledgeable staff, well versed in photo and video knowledge. They were very helpful I'm answering all my questions and we're very helpful I'm getting me set up.

They also run some great deals so always check in.

This is one of the smallest Big Camera stores with a limited selection. As others have said, the service is quite poor. I was in the shop for 15 minutes without the staff even acknowledging I was there, let alone asking what I was looking for, so I left.

The staffs don't know "How to", plus expensive price for photo. I asked for the Digital file of my picture and it took forever for them to send me.

This shop can't even open when it's supposed to. Staff not very knowledgeable about camera equipment.

I do not understand why the reviews for this store is so poor. I recieved one of the best service ever there. I bought sony a73 and ricoh gr3 from there. They also allows me to try different lens on my sony a7iii a few months later after I bought it also.
The reason they don't approach customers I assume they do not want to put pressure on customers. So I kinda raise my hand and ask them for recommendations before my purchase and its quite helpful hahaha. Maybe because I'm Thai and was able to communicate effectively with them lolll. Thai people can be very shy when they have to speak English with you. They might put very intense face and speak very minimally because they were frustrated and afraid to say the wrong thing with mispronunciation.

If I could give this no stars I would. Horrible experience. Bought two small point and shoot cameras on the advice of staff who said video quality was HD. Was informed I had a 7 day returns period. After testing video and reviewing on big screen (in ONE camera only), I returned the next day to get refund. Was refused by the very rude manager who hung up on me.

Should have known better from the day I bought the cameras as we were ignored for a good 15 mins.

Essentially, this shop is overpriced, poorly staffed, and crooked.

PLEASE do not give your business to this place.

Bad camera, bad skill. Bad attitude. Don’t go there, you will 100% regret. Worst photo I have ever take. 180B. Will never go there gain. Trust people ‘s feedback, don’t try!
Will never ever come back again, and don’t buy their camera too.
Management should consider to close this shop as only get 1.3 /5. Worst ever!

I went there to take photo ID. I paid 180 THB, they took photos. Then they told me to come back one hour later. When I came back, nothing was done, they asked me to take pic again. I asked to be refunded, which they did. Not the professionalism you would expect from such a store. I do not recommend.

Needed a tripod for a webcast at the Marriott Marquis last minute, one of the sales representatives was patient and friendly with me while I explained to him what I needed. Price honestly wasn’t too bad, 900 baht for a decent medium sized tripod.

Poor quality of photo prints. And rude staffs. No knowledge about cameras. Better walk across to emporium 2nd floor to Eastbourne.

The staffs are terrible, not helpful, and not even try to approch the customer! Seem like they dont want to work. I just feel bad for them!

Lousy shop. Basically they don't allow you to try their lens. Staff rude and unhelpful. Walk to Eastbourne camera shop opposite at Emporium 2, smaller shop but better price and better staff.
