I don’t know how this place stay in business, none I mean none of their staffs was helpful.
I went in was planning to buy the GoPro, so I ask the blonde hair guy, kept on pointing to other person, I spoke to the girl, she was so rude and show no sign of customer service what so ever but acted like I bothered her.
So bad. Don’t even waste your time here.

What’s wrong with Big Camera’s Staff Attitude Lol. They look people with very looking down eyes, literally not helpful. Almost all Big Camera Staffs seem like they have copy & paste that one terrible attitude. Siam Paragon & Central world staffs are the worst. The only time that i got treated Ok was in Bangna when i bought 40k worth of camera lol. And the upselling was so annoying. Whoever managing Big Camera stores, please go check ur staffs attitude, they are killing the brand image.

บริการแย่มากกก ไม่สนใจลูกค้าไม่ใส่ใจเลย ไม่แนะนำอะไรเลย ของหน้าร้านก็ไม่มีให้ลอง จะให้ซื้ออย่างเดียว บอกไม่มีของแต่ถ้าจะซื้อก็มีของนะ พอถามว่ามีสาขาไหนมีบ้างก็ดันไม่มีสต๊อกแบบออนไลน์อีก ไม่มีการแนะนำว่าถ้าอยากได้เลนน์ประมาณนี้มีตัวไหนใกล้เคียงไหมลองเลนส์อื่นไหม ราคาอาจจะอัพมาหน่อยแต่ดีเหมือนกันอะไรประมาณนี้แต่ไม่มีเลย พอเห็นว่าขอลองก่อนก็คือไม่สนใจอะไรเราเลยแบบจะไปไหนก็ไป พอไปถามอีกสาขานึงก็บริการแย่เหมือนกันพูดจาก็ไม่ค่อยดีเหมือนกัน ไม่แนะนำอะไรเพิ่มเติมเหมือนกัน แต่เขายังให้คำอธิบายเพิ่มเติม เขาก็บอกว่าไอ้เลนส์ที่จะลองมันใส่กะกล้องไม่ได้ต้องซื้ออะแดปเตอร์ ละคือถ้าเกิดซื้อเลนส์จากที่สาขานี้ไปตั้งแต่แรกโดยที่ไม่ได้ลองก็คือเหมือนเสียเงินฟรีเลยเพราะเอาไปใช้กับกล้องไม่ได้ ละมันน่าโมโหตรงที่เราบอกที่ร้านไปแล้วว่ากล้องเรารุ่นอะไร เขาก็ควรจะบอกแต่แรกว่ามันใช้ร่วมกันไม่ได้ไม่ใช่ว่าให้เราซื้อไปละค่อยลอง ความรู้สึกโดยรวมแล้วไม่ประทับใจมากๆเหมือนเราไปขอเลนส์เขาใช้อะ แบบถ้าอยากรู้ว่าเลนส์เป็นไงก็ซื้อซะสิไรงี้ คงไม่กลับไปอีกไม่ว่าจะลองเลนส์หรืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆ จะไปลองร้านอื่นซื้อร้านอื่นต่อให้ร้านอื่นขายแพงกว่าก็จะยอมซื้อ ไปซื้อร้านที่เขาใส่ใจบริการเรามากกว่านี้ดีกว่า มาซื้อกับร้านที่ไม่สนใจอะไรเลย เหมือนเราต้องไปง้อเขา ละถ้าอยากรู้ว่าสินค้าตัวนี้เป็นยังไงอะไรก็ไปศึกษาในเน็ตเอาเอง เพราะพนง. ก็ไม่ได้จะมีความรู้เรื่องอุปกรณ์ขนาดนั้น ถามอะไรไปก็ตอบไม่ได้หนักสุดก็สาขาเซ็นลาด สาขานั้นนี้อุปกรณ์ไม่ต้องถาม แม้กระทั่งโปรโมชั่นของร้านยังไม่รู้เลย
แต่สำหรับสาขานี้ให้1ดาว แต่ถ้าเหมารวมทุกสาขาที่ไปมาให้ 0 ดาวสำหรับแบรนด์นี้

กำลังจะซื้อกล้อง คนขายที่ท้วมๆ เหมือนไม่ค่อยอยากขาย สินค้าอธิบาย คนละเรื่องที่ทางคอลเซ็นเตอร์ให้ข้อมูลใว้ เลยเดินมาซื้ออีกร้านหนึ่ง ที่ติดกับร้านปริ๊นรูปภาพ

Very poor shopping experience. Few cameras on display. Staff is annoying with pricing details that I can literally see on sticker while I'm trying the camera. I asked if I could try the two Canon 5 series cameras to choose one, I was told that I can try if I'm going to buy one. The big camera "exclusive" shop on the same floor is even worse, I was told I cannot turn on the camera for a hands on experience at all. No buy.

Poor service ever. The staff can handle many tasks at once. What they can do best is staring at cabinet. Perhaps, they are dying inside waiting for layoff. Better check the shop on the opposite. It calls world camera. Much more professional and fast

The worst store to buy Camera gear. Their staff tricked me into buying a microphone, saying that it is refundable. I came back to refund the microphone in 4 days after that, and they refused to refund it. The staff is rude. Never buy anything at this store.

If you want terrible service and over priced products, go here. I went To Rattanathibet and Ngam Wong Wan and i wanted to buy a lens for sure and accessories, but these workers did not even get up from out of their chairs to greet me and ask me what I was looking for. I know I am foreign, but I speak With decent Thai. I also overheard one of the employees call me cheap when I asked if they had any promotion. In a post covid world, you better work hard in retail or people are only going to use online service.

I bought a camera with a lens. When I got home I saw that the lens was not working. I sent several messages to the store and they did not respond. Recommend everyone not to shop at this store
Or at big camera.

If you dont want to get upset, choose other camera store. They dont care about cutomer and the staffs here dont have good knowledge about camera. The price also expensive than other store.

The owner must change the staff in this branch. They all were very rude to all customers especially to foreigners and price was not reasonable comparing with other shops nearby. First and foremost staff's attitude was terrible and I don't have any plan to visit this camera even other branches

The price is unreasonable. The attitude of their stuff is quite rude. It seems like they charge the foreigner much more higher price. 价格高得不合理。工作人员的态度极为差，非常不值得光顾！得不偿失！
