Worst service I ever had with any car brand. Slow, unorganize, unprofessional. Didnt fix the issues, have to be there back and forward serveral time.

ที่นี่บริการดีมากค่ะ ประสานงานให้ลูกค้าอย่างเต็มที่แม้อะไหล่จะหายากและต้องรอนานแค่ไหน ก็พยายามหามาให้ได้เร็วกว่ากำหนดมากๆ และแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบเป็นระยะ จนเสร็จ เข้าบริการที่นี่แล้ว สบายใจมากเลยค่ะ ทีมงานเค้ามืออาชีพมากจริงๆ ไม่ว่าจะออกรถหรือซ่อมบำรุง ใครถามก็จะแนะนำที่ ttc ตลอดค่ะ ประทับใจจริงๆ

เป็นศูนย์บริการที่ให้บริการประทับใจ พนักงานดูแลดี มีของว่างและอาหารบริการ พึ่งจะปรับปรุงส่วนขายใหม่ดูทันสมัย แต่อยากให้มีพื้นที่ส่งมอบแยกออกมาเพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวของลูกค้า และหากต้องสตาร์ทรถควรมีเครื่องดูดควันตั้งท้ายรถเพื่อระบายไอเสีย

คิดผิดอย่างมากที้ได้ทำการซื้อรถคันที่2จากที่Dealerนี้ ทางฝ่ายจดทะเบียนได้ให้การบริการและข้อมูลได้แย่มากที่สุดที่เคยได้รับมากจากซื้อรถยนต์ที่ผ่านมาใน ทีการสอบถามวิธิการและขั้นตอนจากคุณจอย ได้รับคำแนะนำว่าช่วยเอาไปจดทะเบียนเองเลยและส่งหน้าสมุดบัญชีมาให้เซลส์ที่ซื้อ และข่วยเอาสมุดและป้ายแดงมาคืนด้วย นี่คืองานบริการที่ได้รับจากศูนย์รถBenz ที่ขายรถluxury

คันนี้จะเป็นBenzคันสุดท้ายของผมแน่นอน

ที่นี่อาจมีนโยบายขายรถแล้วจบช่วยไปไกลๆและไม่สนใจลูกค้าอีกต่อไปถ้าเลือกได้ขอซื้อและซ่อมที่Dealer อื่นๆ น่าจะดีกว่า

เป็นศูนย์เว้นที่บริการดีครับมีเครื่องดื่มไว้บริการลูกค้าส่วนมื้อเที่ยงถ้าใครยังซ่อมรถไม่เสร็จก็มีอาหารเที่ยงไว้ให้รับประทานครับต้อนรับดีครับ

ให้คะแนนสถานที่ดี แต่เอารถเข้าไปศูนย์ ให้ทำนัดรอคิวอีกที 2อาทิตย์ พอถึงวันนัด ให้รอเสนอราคา เสนอแล้วรอประกันอนุมัติ 1 อาทิตย์ แจ้งว่าซ่อมตามรายการ1 อาทิตย์ อนุมัติเสร็จ ให้รออีก1 อาทิตย์ ถอดเชครถอีก แล้วดูอีก รอสั่งของ แล้วแจ้งว่า น่าจะใช้เวลาเป็นเดือน 3 อาทิตย์ผ่านไป ไม่ได้ซ่อมนะ เสียเวลาก็เสีย พนักงานเงื่อนไขเยอะมาก มีปัญหากับการสื่อสาร เลื่อนเวลาไปเรื่อย สุดท้ายต้องไปเอารถออกมา ไปถึงศูนย์ 5โมงเย็น12 นาที พนักงานรอตอกบัตรกลับบ้านกันหมด ไม่ประทับใจค่ะ

Car purchased in 2017 came with tires (Korean brand) manufactured in 2014. Of course insurance wouldn't cover tire accidents which occurred in 2019 because these tires are considered too old, something TCC Motor Pattankarn should have been well aware and chose to withhold that information from the buyer. Learned the hard way. Disappointed since personal experience so far had been otherwise acceptable.

Bought a car here 3 years ago.
Unprofessional staff. Give informations wrongly and confusing.

เอารถไป check ครั้งแรกเพื่อเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่อง ช่างแนะนำให้เปลี่ยน ปีกนกคู่หน้าราคา 3หมื่นกว่าบาท มันใกล้หมดอายุ ทำให้รถนุ่มขึ้น (รถ4หมื่นกว่าไมล์) ก็ ok ถ้ามันทำให้รถนุ่มดีขึ้น หลังจากทำเสร็จ รถก็เปลี่ยนไปค่ะ แทนที่จะนุ่มแต่กลับพบว่า เวลาขับรถในรถก็เกิดเสียงน่ารำคาญ เลยเอากลับไปศูนย์ check อีกที มีน๊อตอะไรหลวมหรือเปล่า ใด้รับคำตอบว่า
"ต้องเปลี่ยนโช๊คหลังราคา3หมื่นกว่าบาท" ตกใจมากเลยค่ะรีบไปเอารถคืน แล้วเอาไป check ที่ศูนย์ Benzที่อื่น ผลปรากฎว่ามันเกิดจาก "น๊อตชุดกลไกปัดน้ำฝนหน้าหลวม" ไม่ต้องเสียตังค่ะ แค่ไขน๊อตให้แน่นรถก็เงียบเหมือนเดิมค่ะ เกือบเสียค่าโง่3หมื่นกว่าบาท ระวังกันด้วยนะคะ

I am not satisfied with the service at all at this showroom.
Since a couple of weeks I hear all 4 doors in the car are making a crackling noise (e350e)
Some days ago I send the car to the service center “Benz TTC Motor”.
Unfortunately the service claimed that everything has been fixed, but it hasn’t been fixed at all. All the doors are making even more crackling sounds in any terms of driving.
Besides that, there have been oil marks on my leather seats and doors after fixing and “Benz TTC Motor” didn’t clean that up. I personally also can’t take off the oil marks on the door and seats and they seem to be stick.
Won't recommend that center to be honest.

Customer service on the phone to make an appointment is very rude. Ms Ladawan who cannot understand my explanation and said (to someone else) ÿou talk to her " (me).
She could have said excuse me, please talk to my colleageue. Instead she said that directly at me ""ÿou (colleague") talk to her " (me)

She has done this two times of our 3 conversations!

โห! ต้องบอกว่าเป็นอะไรที่ทึ่งมากในส่วนของservice อาหารอร่อยมากกกกก อยากซื้อกลับบ้านเลยทีเดียว55 โดยเฉพาะเมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ผ่านมา คือปกติไม่ทานส้มตำไทยเพราะเกลียดรสชาติหวานเลี่ยน แต่สำหรับเมนูนี้ของttcทำให้เปลี่ยนใจไปเลย ปกติก็ว่าบริการดีอยู่แล้ว พักหลังๆมาเนี่ย รู้สึกได้เลยถึงการปรับปรุงอะไรๆให้ดีขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นส่วนของเจ้าหน้าที่ รวมไปถึงแม่บ้านทุกคน niceมากๆ ความใส่ใจ ความเข้าใจลูกค้าที่มานั่งรอรับรถ บ่งบอกถึงวิสัยทัศน์อันดีเยี่ยมของผู้บริหารได้เป็นอย่างดี ขอให้รักษามาตรฐานแบบนี้ต่อไปนะคะ จะเป็นลูกค้ากันไปยาวๆค่ะ️️

Salesperson บริการดี ตอบโจท์ลูกค้า เลยต้องซื้อครับ ไว้ตอนมาเข้าศูนย์บรืการเป็นอย่างไรจะบอกอีกทีครับ

1. Bought a car from there in 2017.today in 2019, Benz TTC still provides a old 2014 version of Navigation software
?
2. When I went for service, Benz TTC sold me a camera recorder for car. But when I had problems, they won't service claiming that that the camera installed by them belonged to a third party! Hard sell and bad service
3. Insurance was covered for car service early years. Benz TTC offers insurance to cover for subsequent years at a 6-figure (baht) digit

Best service เมื่อคืนรถเสียกลางทางพอดีมีเบอร์พี่ช่างที่ TTC อยู่ เลยโทรติดต่อไปขอคำแนะนำเบื้องต้นและส่งรถเข้าไปที่ศูนย์ ทั้งๆที่เลิกงานแล้วพี่ช่างยังอุส่ารับให้คำแนะนำอย่างดีและช่วยประสานงานให้อยากฝากขอบคุณพี่ช่างด้วยนะคะ ชื่อพี่สุ​รัตน์​ค่ะ

Excellent service. บริการดีมากๆครับพัฒนาต่อไปนะครับฝากบอกท่านผู้บริหารด้วยนะครับพี่สมปอง (Driver Exclusive)

Service is swift honest and good. Waiting room ok BUT should be reserved for OWNERS ONLY. Not drivers or staff bringing cars in. Work booths MUST BE MARKED and RESERVED for people that plan to work NOT for drivers that rest. IF anyone comes in privacy and quietitude is lost. Thus 2 stars because with all IRRELEVANT people it loses its shine.
