เปลี่ยนไม่ครบตามรายการงานซ่อม ต้องทิ้งรถไว้ให้แก้ไข (เสียเวลา เสียค่าแท็กซี่) 2 รอบ เอารถไปลอง 60 กม. กลับมาแจ้งว่าหาอาการไม่เจอให้ลูกค้าไปขับให้อาการเป็นหนักมากขึ้น ผิดหวังกับการบริการที่ไม่มีมาตารฐาน ไม่ซื่อสัตย์ ช่วยปรับปรุงหน่อยแบบนี้ไม่ไหวครับ

Fair service, but no service mind. Not supportive. I’ve been in 3 centers and this one is much worse than others.

Make change without letting customer know. Prefer Benz Talingchan more. One time, last time at this branch.

Once the sale is made the staff no longer care about the customer. Engine light came on within 8 months of purchase the car has been at Mercedes now for 1 week and still under Mercedes warranty and not 1 member knows what is happening to the car they all seam to ask a colleague who also don't know. Noone calls back to address the problem.

ให้ 3 ดาวเพราะพนักงานบริการไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสแถมเอาใจใส่แต่คนดูมีตังค์แต่พนักงานที่รับเรื่องหน้าเคาน์เตอร์เป็นพี่ผู้ชายให้บริการดีมากส่วนพนักงานคนอื่นไม่มีการยกมือไหว้เลยหรืออาจจะดูเป็นเด็กก็ได้เห็นไหว้แต่คนแก่แต่ถ้าคุณมีใจรักงานบริการนั้นไม่ว่าลูกค้าจะเป็นเด็กหรือผู้ใหญ่ในเมื่อเขาใช้บริการของคุณ

I had visited a week ago for just refilling Adblue. Customer service (a guy) gave us very good service. Well done

Plenty of Benz to choose. This showroom stock many of Benz so you can real look and feel before buy. They also offer test drive for some model. The offering is straight forward. If one day I will buy a Benz I believe I would buy from here.

สถานที่ตั้งแต่ปรับปรุงใหม่ มีความทันสมัยขึ้น พนักงานฝ่ายขายดี เอาใจใส่ลูกค้าดีมาก แต่ฝ่ายบริการยังเดิมๆ พนักงานน้อย ยิ้มไม่ค่อยเป็น และความชำนาญของช่างยังน้อย แก้ปัญหาไม่ค่อยตรงจุด ชอบให้ทิ้งรถข้ามวัน ต้องปรับปรุงให้ดีกว่านี้

บริการหลังการขายไม่ดีดูแลรถลูกค้าไม่ได้ทำรถเป็นรอย สถานที่โชว์รูมเล็กมากเทียบกับศูนย์อื่นเขาใหญ่กว่ามาก เช่น เบนซ์สวนหลวง, เบนซ์TTc ตอนเครมประกันพนักงานรับเรื่องไม่มีความรับผิดชอบแถมตกลงกับผมแล้วไปทำอีกอย่างโดยไม่แจ้งมาให้ทราบก่อน แนะนำครับบริการมาตรฐานเดียวอย่ามีหลายมาตรฐานไม่งั้นลูกค้าไปศูนย์อื่นหมดครับ บริการหลังการขายแย่ครับไปปรับปรุงมาใหม่ครับ สถานที่แคบ ไปซื้อที่ทำใหญ่ๆเถอะครับ
