Short distance walking to public transport, famous night market jobb fair and open air local street food (local price) nearest tower A.

Its like a Shanghai ghetto - Chinese everywhere in the apartment block. We booked through airbnb, but signs everywhere in the lobby say rentals are illegal.only managed to get out and get a refund after airbnb got involved, Chinese owner couldn't care less.
Apartment was shocking.loads of things didnt work. Shambolic checkin experience!

There is a time to turn off the air conditioner in the lobby, and there is a time to turn it on, and I have to turn it on until 10: 00 pm according to the manager's liking. Well, it's too dark around the condo. When it gets dark on the p floor, it's inconvenient because it's dark and you can't see a lot of people passing by for a walk near the pool. Let's live a little brighter please

The floor with the swimming pool is outdoors, but I've seen many reviews saying it's dirty. The room was on a floor, so the view was nice and it wasn't too hot. The elevator is divided into high and low floors, so it comes quickly.

Nice mixed-dev condo with eateries and convenient stores. Problem is commuting out to main street and BTS - why too heavy motor traffic and esp peak hours. The condo bua doesn't help - throngs of residents waiting, while those 18seaters get stuck in the heavy jams.

Best place to stay in Thailand! I really love this condominium. Very affordable, rooms are very huge and the city view are so amazing! Highly recommended ^^

มีโซนคอนโด แยกกับโซนพลาซ่า เดินทางสะดวก เดินลงมาก็มีทุกอย่างเกือบครบ ทำเลที่ตั้งของอาคารก็อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้า และห้างเซ็นทรัลพระราม9 ฟอร์จูนทาวเวอร์ เอสพลานาด ที่จอดรถครบไม่ต้องเบียดไปจอดภายนอกอาคาร แต่พักหลังนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนที่มาพักจะค่อนข้างเยอะ น่าจะเพราะทำเลดีเดินทางสะดวกและมีทุกอยากครบในอาคารนีาแหละ

We reached Belle condominium and I could tell you there were many buildings there and I guess there were many other Belle because sometimes I was asked: ” Which Belle? ”. So short name for it was Belle Rama 9. We all prepared the copies of our passports to check in at the receptionist and it took 20 Baht to check in. We got the apartment at the 35th floor. OMG! 35th floor, it was so nice. I told you, we didn’t even need to pay more for the dinner in an expensive restaurant just for the night view of Bangkok. We had the whole apartment with big windows and nice view of Bangkok day and night. The apartment was full furniture. Although we didn’t use all of them but it was convenient to have all of them. One of my friend took the bed in the living room which had the most beautiful view, my other 2 took the big bedroom and the small room was mine and yes, I had the view also. The inconvenient thing was that there was no socket in my room to charge my phone. I found 1 but it was behind the bed and there was no way to move the bed for the socket. Anyway, I super like the apartment. It was nice and it was cheaper than a hotel. And I could see the king everyday because there was the image of him on the building at the opposite side of the road. Long live the King! The night view of Bangkok at night was beautiful. I knew it was traffic jam under there on the road but I was up up high, it was quiet and the city looked like it was covered by thousands of stars.

A nice place in Hwai Khwang I rented on Airbnb. It's near the MRT and is perfect for those holidaying in Bangkok.

When I walk to lobby feel very hot, no air conditioning on, walk to left also, management service fail

If i ain't wrong, it is considered to be in the center of the city. Modern facilities n easy access to food stalls plus entertainment.

Nice and cozy rooms. Swimming pool is well-maintained. Vicinity offers a lot of other excitements like shopping, recreational and fun activities.

คอนโด (ออกแนวโรงแรม) ต่างชาติเยอะ ร้านค้าเยอะ มีvilla market, ศูนย์จ่ายเช็คSCBในอาคาร ใกล้central rama9, สถานีmrt, ฟอจูนย์ทาวน์ (เดินสบาย)

ที่พักสะดวกสบาย พื้นที่สระว่ายน้ำส่วนกลางและสวนย่อมร่มรื่นมาก ใต้อาคารมีร้านอาหารมากมาก จากที่พักเดินไปเซ็นทรัลพระราม9 และรถไฟฟ้า ไม่เกิน10นาที

Good place.spacecios rooms.friendly staff bt language barrier issue, shopping marts. Supermarkets. Restaurants. Free transportation to mrt

It's a very great place for short stay in thailand, near to phram 9 train station. We found it via AirBnB which is the best site for finding a place when you go trip. The condo rooms are nicely arranged and kitchen stuffs already include. Available for single, couple, family and friends for both short or long stay.

Please take care with this two receptionist, they are very rude people and aggressive, if you are a guest take care also with kids they are very nasty and careful, they try to stop my kids and even they did not tell me anything lucky I was in front to stop them and ask them to tell me at te first places. That was tower B
