The service and welcoming are bad, as well as the food is far from what italian pizza and pasta should be.
There’s this bossy, arrogant guy who shush our kid for his loud voice, and he is so unpleasant tha whole time we were there.

Authentic italian restaurant. I recommend to get their pizza, crispy and chewy with balanced tast of toppings.

I've been coming here for the last few years. They do a good pizza, not amazing, but good.
Mains and pastas are so so for me. Salads are ok and the house wine is reasonably priced but nothing special.
It's a standard Italian trattoria that does a decent pizza at a good price.
The staff are attentive and speak English.

Overall a decent place but don't expect fine dining or culinary fireworks.

So pity that I went alone without enough stomach, wanted to try pizza but it was too big, so I ordered spaghetti, it tasted good!

As close to a real NYC pizza as I can get here in Bangkok. Cheese, the sauce and the thin crust bring back memories of my favorite pizzeria back home. A decent size margeherita pie cost 240THB

Pasta is really good too I always order the Spaghetti Bolognese while my wife has the vongole spaghetti.

Good thing Bella Napoli is far from my home in Bangkok otherwise I’d get too fat from eating there frequently.

Top of my list for truly Italian pizza & pasta. Never disappointed me at all. Dont miss Tiramisu. It'a so goooooddddd

Delicious pizza and really attentive friendly service.
We had a Caesar salad without two pieces and it was all very tasty.

Nice break From all of the Asian cuisine that I’ve been having while in Bangkok. The prices are quite reasonable too and the interior is quite nicely decorated, themed like an authentic Italian restaurant.

They Have European beers as well to go with the whole Italian theme. Would return here for pizza again while in Bangkok

Bella Napoli is probably the best family dining Italian in Bangkok. All the staff has a great service attitude (quite rare in Bangkok where staff is polite but must be asked for every little thing) and make you really feel like you are part of their family. All the food is authentic and comes out fresh and fast. You could come here for an intimate date or drag along a few families all at once and be completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Very delicious and good homemade taste food and waitress are good. But super slow kitchen service. So sad that have to wait for pizza over 30 min. Same for the bill. Second problem is bad cigarette smell from outside, smells even if door closed and very disgusting smell when door open - no body control that unfortunately. So be aware to have a sig near the entrance if you don’t want to be unhappy with your lunch or dinner.

Surprising pasta amatriciana served in a casserole covered with gratinated pizza base. Really nice and reasonable price.
