Prompt, professional, good drivers, smooth transfer from van to bus to van, around 3 hours total from hotel to hotel Bangkok to Pattaya and about the same on the return. Would not use anyone else

Bad services, no one take care, need to queue up 3 times just to buy 2 tickets due to 2 lines are two types of bus.why dont just align it or at least help customers answer questions? Then the bus full and we need to wait up for the next one.really bad and it made me bad impression with Thailand.

Would not recommend at all to anyone who wants to get from Pattaya Hotel to Bangkok by public transport as fast & efficient as possible. We booked the bus from Bell Terminal at Pattaya at 1: 00 p.m. Bell travel sent someone to pick us up at the intercontinental Pattaya at 12: 00 p.m, and then went to several hotels along the way to pick up other people, so that it took only 10 minutes to reach the bus stop, It took almost 50 minutes. Then when going to downtown Bangkok, you have to go around to the airport to see off some passengers in the car before driving to the downtown area. Then when we arrived at the Bell travel terminus in the city, we had to change drivers to take us to the restaurant, and it took about 5 hours in total to come and go. Originally, the private chartered car transfer to Pattay back to Bangkok hotel only cost 1200-1300 baht, the whole 2-hour drive, we spent 900 baht & about 100 baht tip + 5 hours of fast ride, and finally arrived at our hotel (in the four sides near Buddha). When I got off the bus at the hotel, I was already tossed and almost vomited, and I wasted the precious afternoon & evening travel itinerary. I was very unhappy. When we got out of the car, the driver kept staring at you and asked for a tip, otherwise we were very upset about our determination not to leave. Even if I don't have any complaints about the driver, I am very satisfied with this pick-up itinerary. The cost of the whole trip is about the same as the transfer. The whole super regrettable experience.

Affordable for the most part. Shuttle van picks you up from your hotel on time and drops you off at the main departure center. Here you take a long haul bus to your destination city and get dropped off at a main operating center there. Another shuttle van then drops you off at your new destination's hotel. I suggest you make reservations on their website. Buses have a toilet & AC onboard. Make sure you check the baggage rates for correct tags they will give you upon pick up. Ensure your hotels' are on their dropoff and pick up list.

Actually, I was always very satisfied with Bell Travel. Today, however, I have to say it was terrible. On the bus from Pattaya to BKK airport it was just 16 degrees and everyone on the bus was freezing. I wouldn't be surprised if we caught a cold. After consulting the driver, nothing has changed, he just pointed to his short shirt. Sorry dear Bell Travel - that's better and also customer-friendly

I've used this service twice while traveling from Bangkok to Pattaya. It costs a little bit more than the Sky Train, Air-Con Bus, Baht Bus combo I have taken before, but it's a lot cheaper than a taxi (by about 40 USD) and it is door-to-door service.

In Pattaya. Bell does not provide WiFi in their waiting area. When booking trip to Hua Hin with Bell no pickup from hotel. Taxi to Bell was almost half the fare to Hua Hin.
