Thank you reception staff of Belaire for upgrading us to bigger rooms, much appreciated.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Everything was working fine except for one of our three rooms which had poor tv reception.
Breakfast served had a good variety with an egg station and the normal fare of bread, fried rice, porridge, pasta, salads and fruits.
The hotel is in a good location as it's just a 5-10 minutes walk to Nana Station, passing by a 7-11, a supermarket, a few massage parlors, cafes, restaurants, McDonald and a few other hotels.
Terminal 21 is nearby and you can choose to walk there or stop 1 station from Nana.

We stayed for 2 days. The service was excellent. The location was extremely convenient. Rooms spacious and clean. Would recommend to everyone

I m not a big fan of Bangkok, we had to because of Covid conditions. The hotel was helpful and very relaxed.

Great hotel.
We flew in on the Test & Go program, we were picked up at the airport, driven to the hotel, checked in, fed deliciously, had tests and results, had a great breakfast and lunch in the morning.
I recommend it, very nice staff.

Even though We did not book stay here for Test & Go, The staff her name Khun Kanittha very friendly, knowlegable and answered my question very well. Thank you very much for your kindness.xx

ก้โอเครสำหรับทุกย่าง. แต่มีเพื่อนลืมของไว้ในห้องทางโรงแรมไม่ยอมเช้คให้. ทั้งๆที่เช้คคเอ้าออกมาไม่ถืงสองชม. บอกจะโทกับมาทางเราโทรตามถืงสองครั้งก้ไม่มีการติดต่อใดใดเลยยยคุนควรมีใจซื่อสัตย์กับงานบริการให้มากก่านี้น่ะค่ะอีกย่างเราคนใทยด้วยกัน. ลุกค้าติดต่อมาควรคืนของให้ไป. โรงแรมใหย่โตเสียความรุ้สืกมากค่ะกับเหตุการนี้. ปกติไปที่ไหนถ้าลืมของทางโรงแรมเขาก้เก้บไว้ให้ค่ะ.

เข้าพักกักตัวคืนนึงเช็ก ออกตอนเที่ยง ลืมเสื้อยีนซาร่าไว้ในตุ้เสื้อผ้าผ่านไป2ชมโทรถามบอกจะเช่กให้รอโทรกลับ ผ่านมาเยนโทรตามอีกรอบคำตอบเดิมคือจะเช่กล่ะโทรกลับ? คืองง เมื่อไรปีใหน เสียความรุ้สึกมากเราคนไทยยังโดนขนาดนี้

With halal food around, 24hrs Supermarket & 7/11. NaNa BTS is about 5-8 min walk from the hotel

I booked a room for one night only to pass here the first day of quarantine due to the restrictions for tourists in Thailand. Even if it was a full day inside the room, the hotel staff was so kind and helpful! They arranged a taxi for me from the Airport, organized a Covid test when I just arrived to the hotel and sent me the results from the hospital within 6 hours! They left me a Whatsapp number in case I needed something and they prepared me lunch, dinner and breakfast as room service. Even if it was a quarantine stay, it couldn't be better! I hope to come back next time with no restrictions to really enjoy this amazing place:)

The hotel car reach at airport after 1.30 hour and the staf come to pick he come to sde me after 30 min.he was smoking outside.also.the driver drive the car 140 km ph and afer 12 hour also they didn't give corona report.very slow.and reception people don't understand what we say.i will not recommend this hotel to anyone.i just write litil bit.there is many problem

Had my 14 day ASQ quarantine period at this Bangkok Hotel the staff were generally on point, however on occasion had to phone the reception to remind them about my food. Considering the vast choice covered in the menus the food was not bad to be honest.

There was some complication with guidance at my time there, the manager informed me as I was from the UK I was not allowed out for my time out after my negative tests.

This meant for the entire period I only left the room twice for my COVID-19 tests. Which was a little pants and should have been better thought out.

Hope they have improved systems since I was there (Jan 2021).

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บริเวณใจกลางตัวเมือง ย่านนานา ซึ่งเดินทางได้ค่อนข้างที่จะสะดวกในเวลาปกติไม่ว่าจะด้วยรถแท็กซี่ หรือรถไฟฟ้า แต่เนื่องจากสถานการณ์โควิด19 ทำให้ทางโรงแรมได้เปลี่ยนบริการมาเป็น Alternative State Qualantine Hotel ของทางรัฐ ซึ่งทางโรงแรมจะจัดส่งเจ้าหน้าที่พร้อมรถตู้ส่วนตัวของทางโรงแรมไปรับแขกที่พักที่สนามบิน โดยในรถจะนั่งได้มากสุดสามคนต่อคัน พอมาถึงโรงแรมก็ต้องกรอกประวัติส่วนตัวลงในเอกสาร หลังจากนั้นก็ขึ้นไปยังห้องพัก อาหารของทางโรงแรมมีให้เลือกหลากหลายประเภท เช่นตะวันตก จีน ญี่ปุ่น อินเดีย และเสริฟให้มาในปริมาณที่มากพอสมควร ในห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้างขวาง สะอาดแต่เสียตรงที่เปิดหน้าต่างไม่ได้ บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมเรียกได้ว่าดีมากๆ เป็นกันเองสุดๆ เช่น ขอกะละมังซักผ้าก็ให้มาพร้อมผงซักฟอก ถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกโรงแรมสำหรับผู้ที่อยากจะ เข้าพักที่ Alternative State Qualantine Hotel

Belaire Bangkok had been incredible experience, it has been such home felt 7 days quarantine. All of the amenities was full package, staff were friendly, food was excellent they cover from east to west cuisine with all authentically prepared flavored, also various selections of fruits and desert with the meal, hot or cold selections of beverages provided from there menu as well. But in case you wanted some other experience of local thai food you are allowed to order a take away or have your family or friend delivered for you as well. Internet was super fast. Well if you do love to do yoga to start off your day or if it is your daily routine they could favor you and provide a fully sanitize yoga mat for you aswell. Best part was I had a little problem with my shower faucet and without any hesitant the staff member upgraded me to a suite room with any free of charge which were top notch and outstanding service. I would come back to quarantine here anytime of the year without no regret and would like to thanks all of the hard working staff members aswell.

Heard next flight is ex-delhi. Highly recommend her for ASQs as of my personal experience.

I must say my stay at the ASQ was very good! The BelAire staff was very polite and took a lot of care of hygiene! The food was totally awesome clean and the spices were just perfecto.would recommend people.to stay here.

It is very clean and delicious foods offered hotel and comfortable of sleeping bad and clean of toilet and staffs are friendly and outdoor views are really exciting.

Great variety of meals
but no afternoon tea as stated on the website and I only got one time room service even after the first test shown negative result.as stated on the website as ASQ
