Local health retreat in center of Bangkok. There are Yoga, smoothie & juice, açaí fruit bowl, small outdoor space, spa & small salon. I like the cafe to get fresh with fruit bowl drink.spa is just ok and the room needs to be adjusted to be more comfort.

Located faraway from everything, and they don't use air conditioning during the courses. I called them twice in the week to check the week time planning, and they told me to check on the facebook page. The facebook page tells courses begin at 9: 30. But, in reality, it begins at 9: 15, so when you arrive, the course has already been. It was the same problem 2 years ago, the first time I wanted to come, but they nether change their planning on internet; It is certainly the way not to have new customers.
