11เดินๆผ่านได้กลิ่นอะไรหอมมากๆ เลยเข้าไปถามพนักงาน สรุปสินค้าตัวใหม่ทางหน้าร้านนี่เอง สรุปต้องช็อปกลับไปงงๆ คนต่างชาติเยอะมากๆสงสัยคงได้กลิ่นหอมที่พนักงานฉีดหน้าร้านเพื่อเรียกแขก ได้ผลจริงๆ
The customer service in this place is absolutely horrible, the bath and body worker was talking trash about us in Thai even though we understand. This is unacceptable and we were wrongly accused of spraying non tester bottles
พนักงานพูดจากับลูกค้า ไม่ดี การบริการ สู้สาขาอื่นไม่ได้เลย ถามราคาโปร ไม่อยากตอบ เดินหนี ไม่แนะนำลูกค้า บริการแย่มาก ตั้งแต่เคยใช้บริการมาหลายสาขา จิกตาใส่ลูกค้า สาขา เอมควอเทียร์ ค่ะ
วันนี้พนักงานที่ดูแล แนะนำดีมาก แต่พนักงานอีกคนที่แคชเชียร์ ผมยาวเกล้าผมสูง ไม่น่าจะได้ทำงานบริการ พูดจากับลูกค้าด้วยน้ำเสียงที่แข็งกร้าว และจ้องตาไม่เป็นมิตร มิน่าละสาขานี้ไม่ค่อยมีลูกค้า เหมือนสาขาอื่น

I actaully love this 10 brand so much as royal customer more than 10 years.i purchased your products in many countries but this is the first time that i feel soooo disappointed that why i have to put too much afford and energy to chase my order. Apparently, i ordered products online and paid by transferring on 03 Jul and after a week i did not get any postage so i called to check with HQ Thailand, and they emailed back that one of product that i ordered was sold out, they will ship the rest to me also refund me some for unavailable product. So far, one 19th July i still have not got anything.i keep trying emails and calling to HQ Thailand (i understand all shops are closed by COVID restriction legally) but no response.it's so annoying for me.as i also work in customer service field, i would tell it's poor service.please take any reaction as you could do.
The selection and inventory has declined. A lot of lotions and creams but few candles. The candle.selection used to take up and entire wall, now a few shelves. Also, the small pocket-sized hand gel have been gone for a long time.
Tons of scented body products to choose from here! The store is small and prices are quite high compared to what you'd find at their stores in the US. Products are very strongly scented.

I dont think anybody really likes to come here to buy Bath & Body Works products because the prices are all jacked up due to import tax and mark up. I can't justify paying over $20-30 for a jar of scented candle.
I'm sure the products in themselves are pretty good but it's just so premium and unnecessarily expensive. Also, the interior is a bit off putting and overwhelming.
