19Mui Vannaparnop may be the best personal trainer in S. E. Asia. His reputation is regional. I have not seen a better personal training and group class. Clean, great staff, highly professional. It is why I come to Thailand.

No open gym! They treat you like you should be thankful to be paying them. If you don't understand the model of the gym it's simple. It's people who barely know what they are doing teaching people that know nothing.

For the last 8 months I’ve been doing Base Build, which is a strength focused class and it has reset my metabolism. I’m 57 and am as fit or more than when I was 40. More than anything else I’ve done this class has helped move back the clock and before this I was starting to think I'd have to accept a decline. It allowed me to slowly progress through weight, starting very light, get my technique down and progressing heavier. The various trainers who run the classes are very attentive and have offered great guidance during the class to check my form and that of my fellow classmates. For me it took about 3-4 months for my metabolism to adapt and now it’s just that much more efficient, I have more energy and stamina, fly up flights of stairs, and my joints move better. The stubborn bit of belly fat that was hanging around has gone. The classes tend to focus on full body and it quickly helped balance my body and I stand taller with my shoulders back. For me the sweet spot is around 10 classes a month or 2,5 times a week, that gives my body time to recuperate fully before I do the next class, but the work I do in the class helps fire up my metabolism in the in between days.
The gym is fantastic, very well equipped with lovely staff and excellent trainers. If you are looking to make a positive change for your health, you can't do better than Base.
Accessible from the metro station but their gym is located well that it avoided city noise pollution and visual noise/ visual privacy.
Love the linear planning of the gym and it’s quite spacious, colour palette and lighting are also well thought of.
Most especially, the trainers were superb all of the training Ive joined were managed professionally by different trainers and it was all pleasant.
I would definitely get a personal training here and also attend a group training whenever im in the city.

Bizarre concept that only offers group classes or personal training, no open gym. Wasted my time coming here.

I did a combination of group classes and personal training for a few months, and both were excellent. My coach Tak has many years of experience in the industry and clearly knows what he talks about, whether it is exercises or nutrition. The results exceeded expectations and I am now equipped with the knowledge to continue on my own - highly recommended!
Outstanding training facility. Solid concept, classes and awesome coaches. I love the Calisthenics cage and huge amount of space. Perfect for movement practitioners. One of the best gyms in the world

Not the classical gym but focused on HIT
Boutique gym for HIIT classes or personal training targeted for local hi-so or expats. All classes are in English which is definitely a plus for foreigners in BKK. Trainers could remember your name and provide good enough care and motivations in the group class. I have been trained here for 6 months, and very happy with the result.

Great place to get great coaching. With out a doubt it's worth the price. Doing the classes and with proper nutrition I got my body fat down to 8 percent. They just opened another branch in Sathorn. It's just as great as here.

I joined a class 'BASE X' with the fitness coach Matt, he was very nice and motivating.
A boutique gym with a very cool vibe. Not long opened, this gym offers both group classes and personal training. The classes target a range of different areas covering strength and cardio. All are guaranteed to leave you feeling stronger and a healthier version of yourself! All the trainers are fantastic and motivating. I'm a regular here because of the great classes, instructors and the friends you start to make.
