Rooftop bar on the hotel Akara. Get the elevator to 16th floor and continue by the escalator.

Not high price of cocktail. Great atmosphere and the music.
Staff is careful.

For the rainy season in Thailand it is quite difficult to control the weather. On the night we were there we had one cocktail and it started to rain a bit. And on the rooftop we could not escape but needed to finish.

I came here one evening when it was raining on and off. Very chill atmosphere, friendly staff and the mojito was nice. Also had a brief conversation with the GM and she was lovely.

Here just now, absolutely stunning views. Lovely rooftop. Very helpful friendly staff and the best Sangria on the island

Good food, chill vibes. The Thai old fashioned is a can’t miss. Definitely try this bar if you’re staying at the hotel.

Two days ago I went to Top Roof Bar Barracuda partly guided by good reviews; indeed, at the beginning everything seemed to be a great time; I was introduced to a nice bartender who, after a while of small talk, prepared an icon among drinks - a Mai Tai - for me and my companion. The moment the drink was placed on the table, the spell was broken, but fortunately, a beautiful sight remained. I don't know what's going on. The Barracuda bar is located on the roof of a renowned hotel with an international clientele, meanwhile the customer receives lemonade instead of a drink. Mai Tai means "good" in Taitan and contains rum, orange curaco and a few other ingredients, mainly alcohol, which, as I read in the reviews, I wasn't the only one who didn't receive it.and for two drinks the owner charges 700 baht with obligatory additional and double fees.service fees in the amount of 60 baht × 2, which no one bothers to inform the bar guests about. It's quite expensive for lemonade. I recommend the view (16 p.) - I absolutely do not recommend the bar.

Out of the 4 dishes we asked only 2 were available. When requesting a second round even one of the 2 was not available anymore.

First Cocktails were very watery.

They forgot our second order of cocktail so we left.

Value for the money. Foods were served in good portions. Cocktails tasted good. Nice friendly service. A bit small but the atmosphere was ok. Too many stairs. Not suitable for seniors.

The person who runs this bar has connections with Mark Foster-Murray. Apparently his wife owns the bar. He owes people a lot of money…he will, eventually, be found.

View here is good and windy. But take note the staff manager will try and scam you by telling you there’s no happy hour when it was advertised as it is. We are hotel guests and were told of the happy hour and the bar manager eventually said ok. Even so, we can only choose the same drink. Super dodge. Buyers beware.

Food was really delicious, but Drinks were rather expensive and the service was very slow. We Waited 30 minutes for a glass of beer even though there were not more than 8 guests.

The place was not properly cleaned. Smelt like spoiled milk. Tables were dirty. Not recommended.

มี2ชั้น ชั้นแรกที่นั่งริมสระว่ายน้ำ เดินขึ้นบันไดไปอีกชั้นนึงมีบาร์เครื่องดื่ม และที่นั่งวิวตึกใบหยก ถ้ามีลมพัดจะเย็นสบาย แต่ลมไม่ค่อยต่อเนื่อง ทางร้านมีพัดลมคอยบริการ

อาหารรสชาติดีเลย ราคาไม่แพง ไวน์ก็ราคาไม่แพง นั่งได้ยาวๆ

พนักงานบริการด้วยความสุภาพ แต่งตัวมีสไตล์

Rarely complain, but the service at this restaurant was virtually non-existent. We had to get up multiple times to chase down a waitress or waiter, (keep in mind there was only 5 or 6 tables)

Not worth a visit. Half the food tasted like it came right out of a freezer, and every cocktail was poorly made and tasted the same.

Beautiful tiny rooftop bar with incredible Bangkok views at 18th floor. The pool reflections by the bar made it even more beautiful.

Attentive staffs and friendly. Been thrice to this bar and still as good. Delicious food and tasty cocktails.
