The shop smell so natural and very relaxing. The products are very nice as well. Will definitely come back!

Oil, creams and soaps

The candles do smell great. But take a look at the photos. Literally, more than 1/3 of the candle is left over because the wick doesn’t go all the way down. When I asked the sales associate, she told me I should use the bottom as massage oil when the candle was still hot.

No, I didn’t buy the candle to use as massage oil. I buy the candle to use as CANDLE. So keep in mind that 1/3 of the money you spend will be completely wasted.

Update: I tried giving this feedback to the company. The person who handles their social media is very defensive.

Instead of listening to their customers’ feedback, that person gives me a long list of reasons why they are right and I am wrong. Hello, I am the one who is using the candle.

They then wrote a whole post on IG explaining why it is not wasteful to have over 1/3 of the candle left over and not being used. They even tried to convince you to use it as a massage oil. Ridiculous. You can buy real massage oil somewhere else if that’s what you want. You buy the candle to use it as a candle.

I just lowered the rating from 3 star to 1 star after their poor response. Very bad customer service.

Stumbled upon this lovely store just in time for Christmas season. Scents and products that are perfect for gifting and self pampering.

Came from far to get products from this store, but after choosing everything and having them wrapped and packed the lady said the card machine doesn’t work. Would of been nice to have asked how I would like to pay or specify that the machine is down before wasting all of that time. Disappointed as the products looked absolutely gorgeous but customer service is seriously lacking.

Love the products, innovation & service. Reasonable and fairly priced. Will come back, always!

Absolutely love coming here! Have been a patron for years and have told many of my friends. These soaps are amazing. The owner has been grinding for a long time and it’s so nice to see her brand expanding. Will continue to support this amazing business.

Small place but great varieties of natural products. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought some soaps and scrubs and they were sold at reasonable price (compared with Lush as they also sell similar products but very pricey).
Will definitely recommend for anyone who wants natural products with a great price.

This is the 3rd time here for me. After the I tried their soap and deodorant for the first time, I just loved them so much. Most of their products are packageless which are eco friendly. The ingredients are natural. You can be sure that they are very gentle to your body. No reason for not coming back.
