Knew I needed a deep cleaning, it was great, clean, fast and about 10% of the price in the USA. English was great with the staff and especially the doctor. Thank you so much!

My third visit to BIDC Bangkok. I am very happy with the services provided here. Fast, efficient, and cost-effective.

Dr. Notapan is personally my favorite general dentist and the best dentist I have ever met. She is very gentle and experienced.

Dr. Suthasinee is an amazing, experienced Endodontist who is also very kind and gentle.

Note: Some reviewers claim that there are "huge discounts" for positive reviews. NEVER once during my many visits to BIDC had I been asked to submit a review, not to mention a positive review in exchange for a discount. This is simply simply false information spread by internet trolls.

What a ripoff! They charged me $62 for simple teeth cleaning that took less than 20 minutes. It’s more expensive than my country. And they try to add all kinds of things to take more money from you. Avoid.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Had zoom and a cleaning. The staff spoke English well and explained what they were doing Billing was explained beforehand and was exactly as they said it would be. The water air flow cleaning thing was very very uncomfortable. I was very happy when it ended. A scrapping never bothered me like this before. My teeth have always been cleaned every 6 months so it was not like it needed to be so aggressive. It is touted as being a more gentle way to clean than scraping. So im guessing it was done incorrectly. It felt like the wand was touching my teeth. And would make a noise and feel like a drill. And im reading now it is not supposed to touch your teeth at all. But who knows. The uncertainty isnt worth the cost savings. Hope it didnt screw up my teeth. I now have a terrible headache and teeth hurt a lot. Which ive never had from a cleaning. And zoom can make teeth sensitive but ive found few people saying they had terrible pain afterwards. My teeth are very white.

Absolutely horrible place. The doctors are horrible. They did not even check my teeth, and straight away pushed an x-ray check and implant. No consultation nothing. Literally asked me if I am an expert what I wanted to do. The reason I am going there is to ger consultation and advice from them not the other way around.

The place is rundown. Empty. The doctors seem like they give 0% about the patients’ concerns. A dentist is not a water park where the patients just choose what they want.

It seems like this place just exists to sell invisalign. They're pushing it pretty hard, and there are ads for it on nearly every surface. I would be surprised if they aren't owned by the same people.

Do NOT come, save your time and money go somewhere else, ridiculous waiting 1 and half hour for scheduled appointment. If you have an emergency, other doctors will not take your case you will need to wait for the doctor who treats you, doctors only work 2 days in a week here. Walk away if you need to do braces, it will be a painful journey.

I recently visited BIDC for a smile makeover while visiting family in Thailand. The service was first class, and the work carried out by my dentist Dr. Thanit Soonpan was fantastic. Thank you to him and all the staff at BIDC for my new smile, and I would recommend BIDC to anyone considering dental work in Thailand.

The women at BIDC could run the world. I had extensive dental work done here last year. All the staff I met - from the receptionists to the nurses and dentists - are extraordinary women. They are fluent in English, and many of them have studied at some of the most renowned universities abroad. They are incredibly professional in every regard.

The technology they use at BIDC is state of the art, and their dentists have the knowledge and skills to make best use of it. This is a world-class dental center where you can expect top notch results. I'm very happy that I found these miracle workers.

I went for a tooth pain while chewing and the dentist suggested I get 2 new crowns didn’t even check which one of the teeth hurts while chewing. The place is nice and efficient at getting customers in but might be scammy

I booked and had dental work with BIDC and throughout the whole process things went extremely smoothly. Communication in english was not a problem. The staff are super friendly and the doctors easily handled my requests. The pricing is some of the best I've seen anywhere. It's completely worth it to travel to Thailand, enjoy this beautiful country and its people and get some top notch dental work while you're here! A+

There is a famous saying you get what you pay for! My wife and I have used BIDC for over 15 years, always great service, yes expensive but well worth it.

I arrived at BIDC a mess. I had severe periodontal disease and teeth that were separating and twisting. Another well-respected dental clinic in Bangkok I had used for six years had missed the diagnosis and wanted me to have the cosmetic work done by a dentist with minimal experience and without determining the cause of my problem.

I had to be a bit forceful with BIDC in the beginning as to what I needed. In fairness, they are used to foreign patients arriving from overseas already diagnosed. But soon, I was in the hands of Dr. Teerawit, a periodontist, and Dr. Vichulada, a cosmetic and restorative dentist, both experts in their fields. Thanks to Dr. Teerawitt, my mouth is a lot healthier now. And thanks to Dr. Vichulada, I have a spectacular smile that is the envy of all who see it. She is by far the finest dentist I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. I am originally from New York City, so that is saying a lot.

Please note, nobody asked me to write this review. I do so only out of the extreme gratitude I feel towards the outstanding professionals who gave me back my dental health, vastly improved my looks, and overwhelmingly changed my outlook on life.

The dental assistant has no expertise. I was offered to X-Ray as it was the first visit. However, the dental assistant told the regulation and insisted me to stay as stable as i can. While checking the film, it turned out that that film x-ray is incompleted, as mentioned by other nurse. I asked why? They said because i opened my mouth? !? But the dental assistant do not tell me anything that i have to close my mouth while on x-ray! I have to x-ray again and yeah too much x-ray could be harmful in my opinion. This won't be happened if the dental assistant has experience and well round knowledge about what they are working for. That's the very bad impression for me.

I have always had extremely strong teeth and bones, never had a tooth cavity in my life, but I went for a routine check up at BIDC, and had a "suspicious" spot on an X-ray according to the dentist. He recommended filling it, and then proceeded to remove half of my otherwise healthy tooth, and reconstruct it. The reconstruction was done poorly, and I had to come back a few weeks later to have it replaced, including removing a bit more of my healthy tooth.

The filling never felt right, with sharp edges and so forth, but I got used to it and lived with it.

Today the filling fell off while eating dinner, and after calling the dentist I was told ever so nicely that I am very welcome to make an appointment to come and have it done again, at full price of course. Apparently permanent fillings are not meant to be permanent, and they take no responsibility for the poor job they did, which is now my problem.

Needless to say, I politely declined making a new appointment, and I will go to a professional dentist instead to fix it this time.

I rarely write reviews, but this has been sitting on my heart and I would like to share with others in case it helps someone. My review is primarily about Dr. Somkiat Aimplee. I am from NYC and have a disease that had taken a toll on my dental health. I needed to have a full mouth of crowns - which was very emotional for me. Especially since my partner and I are not affluent. I was happy to find BIDC and at first they seemed great. The front door staff and security are very kind! It was about a week of work. I really liked Dr. Somkiat at first. He seemed caring and knowledgable. I already had six crowns on my top front teeth bc they had been most impacted by my condition.but they were older and I was concerned that if I did not replace those as well, they would not match my new crowns. Dr. Somkiat agreed and assured me that we could make the whole mouth match and look great. I also asked if we could lengthen the crowns because of all the grinding over the years, my natural teeth were much shorter than they used to be. Again, he was clearly on board with this. He took quite some time in the beginning.which was nice. Going over my greatest wishes for my teeth - top two of which were that my teeth would match and be longer. The next days were pretty torturous if I'm honest. 6-7 hours of work a day, w needles over every inch of my gums and a guard that they put in the mouth which cuts into the gums where the needles had gone. I normally have a high pain threshold, but it was so bad at one point that tears were streaming down my face. They really need to do something about the mouth guard that has a sharp edge. Anyway.the next step was to "design" the crowns w the dentist - where he uses temporary's to shape how you would like them. He said to take time, bc that would be what the lab tech used as a guide to shape the crowns. I was very excited by the end of the designing, bc the temps were just how I had hoped they would be. For the first time in a long time (while wearing the temps) I was happy with my smile. The lab worked on the crowns and I was brought in a few days later for the placement. It was another 7 hour day. At the end of the day Dr. Somkiat gave me a mirror and said that if there were any changes, that this was the time, so he could adjust them "slightly" and have the lab correct it. I looked at my teeth and they were NOTHING like what we had designed. The bottoms hadn't been changed at ALL (they were just like my original teeth - like the lab just took an impression of the originals and didn't change them one bit) and the tops were not shaped in the SLIGHTEST like we had designed. Also, the tops and bottoms didn't match in color! I couldn't believe it because we had spent hours designing them together. I asked if we could at least fix the front teeth - so they matched and were longer. He suddenly said that the bottoms "didn't matter" (nothing like what we originally agreed to). And would not budge about that. He agreed to re-do the tops. After another long process, they were better, but still not like what we had designed and didn't match the bottoms in color. That was most heartbreaking to me. The whole reason I re-did my front crowns (which was an extra expense) was so that they would match the bottoms. I had run out of time and needed to go home. I'm heartbroken. It's hard to look at my teeth without crying. My top teeth are nice enough, but don't match the bottom teeth, which makes it obvious that they are crowns (embarrassing.so I find it hard to smile), and the bottoms are exactly like they were before. I personally do NOT recommend Dr. Somkiat as a dentist. He seems great at first, but in my experience, he is not honest. I wrote a kind letter and asked if I returned to Bangkok (which would be an expense on our part) if he could correct them. He said only if I paid the full amount for the work. After spending SO much on a full mouth of crowns, I wish Dr. Somkiat had honored this. I do however, appreciate that BIDC was very clean and most of the staff was very kind! I hope this might help someone.

Hello! I really like this center, we go here with my daughter all the time. I had a tooth treated here, and put fillings, I also did a teeth cleaning. Very attentive doctors and medical staff work here. Thank you.
