Happy with service and dental work completed. Professional and clean, Dentists and staff all communicated in English.
Dental work completed was good, had a root canal and didn't feel a thing and dentist kept me well informed of what was going on.

ศูนย์ทันตกรรม โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ตั้งอยู่บริเวณถนนเพชรบุรีตัดใหม่ โดยอยู่ทางปากซอยศูนย์วิจัย ท่านเดินทางมาสถานที่แห่งนี้ มีความสะดวกมาก ไม่ว่าท่านจะใช้บริการสาธารณะขนส่งมวลชนขสมก. หรือจะใช้เส้นทาง เรือในคลองแสนแสบ หรือแม้กระทั่งจะขับรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลมาเอง ก็สามารถเดินทางมาได้สะดวก มีที่จอดรถให้พอเพียง มีเจ้าหน้าที่จัดการจราจรคอยดูแลเรื่องการจอดรถ และดูแลเรื่องความปลอดภัย สำหรับบุคลากรของศูนย์ทันตกรรม โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ถือว่าเป็นบุคลากรที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกมา อย่างดี เป็นบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ มีฝีมือ มีความรู้เฉพาะด้าน ท่านใดต้องการใช้บริการณสถานที่แห่งนี้ แนะนำให้ทำการติดต่อนัดหมาย ล่วงหน้า

Not recommend! Bad experience in this dental center, they let me take around 6x Ray (including bitewing) and Dr PALIKA LUANGRUANGRONG talk me I need do inlay but cost expensive! After that I ask my other friend who are dentist too, he tell me that everything I’m already done in Bangkok hospital is not nesscery for my case.

แพงครับ แต่ไม่ได้บ่งบอกถึงคุณภาพ ต้องเลือกคุณหมอฟันนะครับ เพราะหมอฟันที่นี่ไม่ได้เก่งทุกคน เดี๋ยวเจออยากผม แค่อุดฟันซี่เดียวแก้มา 2 รอบยิ่งแก้ยิ่งมีปัญหา หมดไปหมื่นกว่าล่ะครับ ตอนนี้ร้องเรียนไปแล้วรอ รพ. ตอบกลับ จะมา update อีกครั้งครับ

ทางเข้าสะดวก มีที่จอดรถด้านหลัง แสตมป์บัตรชั้น2 แผนกการเงิน พนักงานต้อนรับดี บรรยากาศด้านในสบายๆ เหมือนห้างทั่วๆไป

The Dental Center of Bangkok Hospital has full dental care services and can accept emergency case with short notice. The line a bit long due to they will channel the patient to specialist. The parking may be problem but there is valet service.

Arrived with a tooth fracture and another one broke apart on its own when they were fixing it.
I spent the whole day and 17000 baht there and met 4 different doctors, all in the same room)
We all discussed what to do with it and agreed on a temporary solution because it would be too complicated to do it there with just 1 week left.

It seems they are too specialized compared to European dentists. Maybe it's because it's a hospital so they have more staff. Or maybe because it's Thailand.
A specialist for gum, specialist for root canals, etc. - we are normally used to one expert dentist at a clinic knowing and doing it all.

Moving from one room to another and then to bitewing x-ray and then to another room and then to OPG felt very disorganized, but considering I had no appointment it's pretty much OK and wasn't much of an issue except for lower comfort.

Anyway, got root canal done with kofferdam applied and temporary cement on top = my European doctor confirmed it's well done and it will last with a new filling.
Another one done just cement without kofferdam, just temporary = OK for now, i just hope they use it for normal restorations)

It's not as good as my regular dentist (my previous one even used the microscope for everything!) but I believe they can do all the important stuff in a very high quality.

They let me take aound 5 X ray (including bitewing) that I don’t think it’s real needs, and they didn’t give me bib to protection, Although I have disease in thyroid, nottt recommend Dr. PALIKA LUANGRUANGRONG, she chick my bitewing pic, tell me I have one tooth needs to do inlay, but after one day my tooth not feel good and I can see the blood on my inlay, and I ask other doctor he tell me it’s nott necessary for my case and cost very expensive!

Bangkok hospital dental center is one of the better dental care facilities in Bangkok. Not as posh as BNH but huge with a wide variety of dentists and specialists. The biggest positive feature is that you can look at all dentists in their website and inspect the CV of all doctors their. Pick the one to your liking and make an appointment online. Easy and comfortable.
In terms of procedures I can not state much as I had only small fixing to be done so far, a chipped tooth, a veneer coming off. Nothing that is hard to fix.
I left with a decent first impression and can recommend the facility from my personal experience. For special needs maybe ask around for more first hand info.

Needed emergency dental work, managed to fit us in that day. Very clean and well presented, and fully equipped to handle all problems.
