I had Relex Smile surgery with Dr Somsran Watanachote. I went in for an appointment and had the surgery the next day. It was a smooth, painless process and my eyesight had improved instantly. Dr Somsran was very fun and informative, making the stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The price was as advertised and there was a nice aftercare kit provided. Here's a picture of us straight after surgery.

We have known this place for a very long time and luckily we met Dr Witthawas. He has level 10 patience and is very caring towards his patients. It is so enjoyable to speak to him. You may have to see different Dr's for different problems but try asking for him and see if your issue falls under his supervision. He has been treating us for few months and his way of doing things is to not rush into things. We are very lucky to have him here. Very soft hands. Dr Witthawas was recommended to us by Dr Adth, we were under his supervision in Krabi for 37 days.

Recently a year ago My father passed away in this hospital, he was being treated in Phuket under Dr Art it was the most difficult time. His presence makes you feel that everything is going to be ok. When my dad was admitted here in this hospital 3 days before he passed away, Dr Art from Phuket called Dr's here and he was in constant update. Also Dr Witthawas came to visit dad. I have too many good things to say about them. Dr Art Called and said that he is there 24/7 if we needed him. Dr Witthawas came and sat with my family and did all he could to calm us down. I still remember him walking in, to check on dad. It was a huge support just seeing him.

I went to the ER last night with a problem in my eye. The service was outstanding and only a few hours later I feel much better. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Visited several times and chose for surgery. Good medical service, professional and helpful staff. Several types of menu, Thai, western, Japanese, etc.

The Royal Hospital and the American Hospital had a good reputation. Recently, they were dominated by financial greed, especially for Gulf patients, as is evident from the responses of the Arabs. And I say to every Muslim and Arab who came here for treatment. Your individual is a trust that your Lord will hold you accountable for, so write honestly!

Good service, modern facilities, really bad, terrible to pay for services. Very, very long waits to pay. In my experience wait was longer wait to pay than the services themselves up to 2 hour wait to just pay.

Needed to do my PCR test before leaving Thailand. Very expensive (B3500) if you have to pay yourself. Going rate is B2000. (Neg) results were not sent to my email. Had to pick up a hard copy. I don’t recommend this hospital, at least not for this purpose.

I cannot say enough about this hospital. The only negative is how disappointed I am that we do not have a hospital like this in Tennessee, USA. The nurses were nicer then most 5 star resort concierge.

I had a broken finger from a Flowrider incident in Phuket and came in at 3am. By 4: 30am I was out the door with treatment, X-ray, and medications for 7500 Baht.under $250.00US.

I will tell you that unfortunately on our last trip (December 2021) my wife and I visited ALL 3 Bangkok hospitals (Phuket, Bangkok, and Chiang Mai) and they all were the same.

It became a joke that if they just added in hot tea during checkout this could be an excursion you could put on trip advisor.

For those that could leave a bad review, at least with my experience visiting Thailand every year religiously, these are visitors that come from out of country and do not offer respect.

The #1 rule of thumb in Thailand is walk up with respect and humility (regardless of gender) and they will reciprocate 1,000%.

Very good treatment and service. Very expensive for south asians but reasonable for europeans. No 5* hotel and good shopping within 5 minutes walk.

ตอนแรกจองวัคซีนไปวันที่ 7 มกราคม 2565 ปรากฎจู่ๆส่ง message เลื่อนฉีดวีคซีนไปโดยไม่มีกำหนดแล้วมีความจำเป็นต้องบินไปต่างประเทศ แต่ว่าสุดท้ายได้ฉีดวัคซีนวันที่ 7 มค เหมือนเดิมค่ะ

Came to do covid test for Test & Go program. It was very chaos since they put all services in one small room eg T&G appointment, Fit to Fly, Normal screening covid test, walk in etc. Extremely long queue and not enough waiting area. The registration process was super slow.

Moreover, don’t drive here. Parking was small and not safe at all. No stair to go up and down. You have to walk up and down in the car lane.

Got my Moderna shots here. All good and efficient service. No problems. Would go again. Free shuttle from and to Emporium on time.

Very unfriendly and not at all pleasant, was very rude and not recommending any one to visit. Specially rehabilitation centre reception

Medical malpractice. Then they’ll lie about it too. Avoid this place unless you don’t value your life.

Came to the ER with abdominal pain, no wait for the ER and the healthcare/customer service and nurses were amazing, 10/10. I am from Canada, Toronto and the healthcare here was just as good, if not better.

Nurses were able to diagnose the issue immediately and ended up requiring surgery, done within 1 day, only stayed 1 night and their prices were extremely fair compared to other private hospitals in the area. Everything was very clean and the quality of care was great, everything was done professionally and everyone was very respectful.

State of the art surgery technology with minimally invasive surgeries. Very shocked at the recovery time.
Completely private recovery room with full bathroom (shower), kitchen (fridge, microwave), bottled water is provided as well as gift box, tea, juices. Room is cleaned multiple times a day.

They have a whole plaza/strip mall connected to the main hospital building you can access for food, goods, healthcare products, mini supermarket. Perfect for medical tourism.

Doctors spoke English well and were able to explain everything very clearly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Hospital to friends or family or anyone, will be back for any health complications or healthcare needs.
