The Bangkok Buddy Travel is best at what they do. Used there services since 8 years ago (under different name) and recently had the opportunity to do it again. They used to ferry visa runners on a big bus but now they are using Hiace vans. Communication with the staff thru Line was quick and easy. Reserved a spot for Saturday. Done. Show up at 04: 15am to pre register, they check your documents to make sure it’s doable thru the run. You will hate it if you reached the border to find out you don’t qualify. The van leaves at 5am sharp. We did 1 stop at a gas station for 10 minutes and off again. Reached the border at 09: 00am. The guide direct us where to go etc and we are back in the van by 09: 20am! There was 8 in the van. Fits 10 max. On the way back stop by for a quick eat and dash 1 dish meal. Chicken fried rice, pad Thai, Thai basil chicken. Nothing fancy. Then home we go. We reached Bangkok at 2: 00pm. The driver was good and never reckless speeding. Definitely will recommend this company for anyone looking for their services. You will not be disappointed.

If you need help with your extension avoid it at all costs, incapable and incompetent, like many people before don't fall victim to this establishment.

Excellent service! Fast with continuous communication to inform us of the status of the visa extension. What I also really appreciated was that I received the same quote from several visa agents but others suddenly significantly raised their fee over the holidays where Bangkok Buddy actually delivered great service for the amount quoted. Highly recommend!

My friend done Visa here. She’s take a whole half year to get nothing back. I’m so sure there’s a lot of people have a really bad time with this company like us you guys can read it in bad review before you guys go to use the service form this place.

We paid her 95,000 baht for this 7 month and get nothing back NO VISA NO NOTHING!

Please go use the service form some where else if y’all don’t want to get a really really bad time and headache.

If you fit the right profile. Tanya will take your passport, take your money for the "visa", do absolutely nothing, and let you end up on overstay. Once you're on overstay, she's free and clear, and you'll be the bad guy or girl until you’re out of Thailand. A total scam that needs to be stopped.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My visa was set to expire 4 months ago. I gave Tanya (BBTS owner) all documents and 25k baht 5 months ago. My visa has still not been done by her. I have to constantly chase after her only to get weak excuses. I'm now caught in a very bad situation, I can't even transfer this renewal to a professional agency. If/when I am forced to leave the country because of this, I will make sure to report the 25k as theft with the police. As you can see, the one star bar gets longer over time. Learn from my mistake and leave this disaster shop alone.

PS - As you can see from the owner's response, they are trying to insinuate that I am somehow responsible for the problem. Let's not forget that they had all the relevant documents and facts, and took my money with the promise that there would be no problems. But now they're trying to blame the customer for their lack of competence. That says a lot.

UPDATE

Tanya has had my Passport, and the fee I paid, for 9 months now. My overstay has reached 8 months. Every week she promises next week, but only after I am forced to follow up. She never attempts to keep me notified.

Tanya has been a superb help to myself, family, and friends. We have worked with her for years and she always comes through no matter the issue at hand. Amazing service

Super unresponsive. I have to follow up all the time. Missed deadlines. Find out my checkins are registered in other provinces where i have never been. I cant get any paperwork in bangkok because my registrations are elsewhere. Immigration told me tough luck and didnt help me at all. High prices and worthless service.

Update: Much like other people here I also got banned from thailand. Also during the banning process, immigration found out that the VISA she helped me acquire before was not valid and NOT in the system. It was a falsified VISA. Immigration also ensured that agencies are NOT authorized to help you with these services because one MUST attend in person for biometrics, photos, etc. Don't fall for these fake reviews from fake accounts giving 5 stars. You have been warned.

Do not trust this lady. She's a scammer and liar. I've been banned from Thailand for a year due to her incompetence. I'm sure she will respond to this comment with some nonsense. I went through a year of her lies only to end up paying a big fine and banned. DO NOT TRUST THIS CHEATING LIAR.

Bangkok Buddy has done a great job at first on very nice tours then helped my fiance do smooth visa runs. Now she has done my retirement visa and 3 renewals with no problems. Tanya is very nice and has done a wonderful job for me. We will always use her! Thank You!

So many amazing reviews so why was my experience so different? !
1. The van is not “luxury”, it’s pretty standard except the seats recline a lot.
2. I thought we were going to Poi Pet but we ended up in Ban Laem. I had no idea where we were going, nobody told us.
3. I told Tanya I had a Non Imm O visa but my extension was rejected. When I got to Thai Immigration, I was moved to one side and asked for an extra Bt1500. When I asked why, the driver (who speaks zero English) used Google translate to tell me, “To clear your liver”! Later Tanya said the extra money was due to my long term visa. She knew that the day before and could have warned me. Or she didn’t read my email.
4. After this visa run I needed to apply for a new Non Imm O visa and wanted to discuss my options and a possible visa run for more time. Tanya said she would get back to me. That was exact, y a month ago. Thanks a lot Tanya!
In summary, Im sure the other wonderful reviews are accurate but for some reason it was my unlucky day!

I came across Bangkok Buddy in 2013 via Stickman Bangkok weekly website. Soon I made my way to Bangkok Buddy in Bangkok from Hong Kong to join a 2 night tour to Siem Reap in Cambodia.

The service had been friendly and professional, and price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Bangkok Buddy to those who need visa run service or a simple getaway from Bangkok.
