Oh my. So fun! The guides were really friendly and very supportive of everyone with different abilities. We had such a lovely ride of about 12kms in 4 hours. Keep in mind there are a few stops:
- the guide's acclaim to the beat roti in all of Bangkok.
- a gorgeous temple early on
- another temple half way through, where we saw a beautiful Buddha statue (much nicer and quieter than the big one at the grand palace - the size isn't far off this one too)
- the flower market (where the guides topped up all of our bikes with new bottles of water, even though they have us water at the start)
- another temple where we fed tortoises and saw a small monitor lizard (still about a metre long).

We felt safe and comfortable the whole time as we spoke most of the journey through alleyways that were quiet. Watch out for the odd motorbike and be aware of the road when you ride the big roads on the few short occasions.

The only thing I'd change is to either get some education on why we're feeding the tortoises or to not do it at all - we didn't feel comfortable in the end because they clearly now depend on humans. Furthermore, we saw a squirrel on a tree near the tortoises who had a collar on that was attached to the tree by a chain. I've never seen this before in my life and it also made me uncomfortable.

I hope the business can consider this feedback and change for the future customers as I'm sure this is something that will start to prevail in the new age of tourists, going forward.

Good fun for our family of 5 (11yr, 14,16). We did the red ride. Would have preferred to do the longer ride with boat (blue?) but were worried about our 11yr old coping with the distance. I think she would have been fine as it was a meandering ride through the laneways and backstreets, couple of temples, flower market. Definitely wouldn’t have been able to do anything like this by ourselves and it would have been good to do at the start of our trip instead of the last day because we saw so many cool things that we could have gone back to see. We had three extra adults on our tour who were so slow… gah! I’d pay to do the private tour next time. Guide didn’t offer much explanation of sights. Recommended!

It was a nice experience to gain first impressions of Thai life in this way.
Start of the tour was fun and relaxed. After the end, little was said and we cycled rapidly after each other, without telling what exactly was the intention. That was a pity.
If photos were taken with a QR code, we should be able to find them again. Which we couldn't do. Sent a message and said they would receive it by email, but unfortunately never received it.

We had so much fun during the bike tour!
The guide was excellent and showed us the good places within Bangkok.
Very fun to bike through the narrow streets.

Riding a bicycle for 3 hours, passing through a lot of alleys in the middle, although you have to ride carefully to avoid hitting things, but you can directly see their customs and customs and several cute kittens on the way, so when riding Be more careful! So as not to overwhelm them!

A nice bike ride through Bangkok made of about 15 km. Especially through small streets where you normally don't come that often.
A nice guide who spoke good English and had nice stories.

What a different and lovely way to see Bangkok! Did the Blue Bike and Boat Tour and it was a great experience. Everything from the bike, to snacks, lunch, water, ferry and long-tailed boat fare is included in the price. Took us approximately 5 through beautiful back alleys and waterways!

Bike ride around the neighborhoods. Cross a river and go bike through an agriculture reserve. See how ordinary Bangkok residents live. ABC bike tours is just 5 min walk from BTS station.

Disappointing. We (the only two on the tour) booked the evening (black tour) after reading the description on the website. Unfortunately I think we drew the short straw and got an inadequate tour guide. He had no charisma and didn't tell us anything about the places we went unless we asked questions. For example he stopped at a place and he pointed to some koi carp and said "fish". It was down to us to ask where we were (a temple) and what's the story with why the fish were there. His response wasn't very insightful. He just didn't want to engage with us other than the bare minimum. He didn't take us to 3 key temples or for the ferry crossing (as per the website) on the tour and there was no explanation offered. He did take us to an art gallery that was not listed as a place on the website and wasn't really what we wanted to do. It just seemed odd, made odder by his lack of engagement with us.

The site also says they provide snacks, poncho (if it rains) and photos. However no snacks were offered, it rained very heavily and we were advised to go and buy our own ponchos, and we still haven't received any photos despite them having our email address.

The site also says to enjoy free soft drinks back at the tour shop after the tour but when we got there it was all closed up. The guide did open it but just stood in the doorway not saying anything as had been his manor all evening.

I had done a similar tour with a competitor 8 years previous to this and that was the highlight of my travels. This, sadly was a bit of a downer.

Such a great bike tour around Bangkok! We got to see so much and explore places we never would have if we were on foot. A great afternoon! Highly recommend

One of the best tours I’ve ever had. The guide knew exactly what the group needed. Very useful information, cycled through the streets one can’t find on their own and most of all a very refreshing experience with good pauses and breaks. The tour also included complimentary mini lunch with drinks at Portuguese museum. Would highly recommend to people looking to socialise while travelling.

The Bangkok Bike Tours office/meet up location is in a market. They have a really nice space for you to wait with plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, music, and complimentary water.

Our tour guide was named Oil (or Oyl) and she was very knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic 2 hour bike tour! (We chose the go pink tour on Klook). She was very warm and flexible with the schedule which we appreciated very much.

As for the cycling itself, it was an easy ride through the streets and alleys. If you struggle to keep up or aren't confident on a bike, they might ask you to ride up ahead so the guide and other cyclists can keep an eye on you. You can leave your belongings in a locker at their office and carry a water bottle and your phone in the pouch that is attached to each bicycle.

The whole experience was well worth the money and was one of the highlights of our time in Bangkok!

Very good 4hour guided bike tour through the small alleys, markets and less busy area of thonburi. Easy going.
We also took the cooking class upstairs which was great. Compliments to a very dedicated and friendly chef!

Fantastic! Our guide ‘Blak’ was great. He taught us a lot about Thai traditions/religion. He spoke great English and was very fun and friendly. We got to see a lot of back streets and places you would not normally see yourself.
We really enjoyed this and would recommend this to all.

We enjoyed ourselves greatly seeing parts of Bangkok many tourists don't see. Our guide Nicha spoke good English n did a great job taking care of us. We saw a squatter village, ancient temple, public park, floating market, a muai Thai school, menam chao phraya n many other interesting places. Lunch provided at roadside stall too. Highly recommended. Tour is from 8 am n ended at 12 noon. Note some cycling skills are required because you are negotiating narrow concrete paths going over swamp water n squeezing between squatter houses. Can be very hot at lunchtime.
Competence of tour guide: 7/10
Fees charged: 7/10
Fun: 7/10
